I went by the bank to make a transaction, and all went very well. Of note, every employee was polite and professional. They actually cheered me up on a not-so-great morning.

If you’re a thrill seeker and like living life on the edge this is the perfect bank for you, especially if you visit after hours to use the convenient drive up ATM. I should state though, it is convenient by location only, and here’s where the living dangerously comes into play. This god forsaken atm machine almost never works. It is shocking how many times I’ve come to this location to withdraw or deposit money and it just isn’t working. I’ve seen workers out there in a vain attempt to fix the machine and getting it working order, alas, their attempts are useless.
In all seriousness it is ridiculous how often the atm here isn’t working. I’m giving 2 stars because the times I’ve gone by at the bank is open the staff is courteous and nice, but good god, just replace it. It doesn’t work, always being worked on and then still not working. Sometimes even though it’s a little out of the way I’ll venture out to the location at naco and O’Connor and never had issues there. In fact there atm appears to be a new or at least better model of atm. So it can be done.

The most absolute RUDE employees there. Will have you waiting for over 5 min without a hello or a smile. Thank God there's a Chase in Cibolo that has a fast and friendly staff

I’m giving it 3 starts because of the customer service I received. Briana McDonald is excellent at what she does, however she wasn’t there and another lady assisted me. She wasn’t very friendly and seemed to rush me through the process of opening up my checking account.

Customers need better access to the sign in sheet to save your place in line. They want to do it a tablet but forget to sign in the customers as the come in.

The spanish male employees. Are nice but i ALWAYS have issues at this branch. To start off the outdoor atm almost NEVER works.... So after work i go to the drive up area (not the atm the tube thing) & waited over 15 minutes in line for them to close & then mot service me causing me to have to go inside to use the atm in the lobby. This inconvenienced me i was literally on the way to pickup my child & what should've been a 10 min trip turned into 40 minutes between waiting at the drive up & then having to wait inside the lobby atm line (there was several people waiting aside from me). I thought hey maybe the lobby stayed open longer since they inconvenienced so many people taking literally FOREVER at the drive up but nopeeee the door was locked worst location sadly this is the closest one to me so it's literally always a headache coming here. Highly do not recommend if you can avoid it

Wonderful 1st time experience visiting this branch!!! I was doubtful because I had a horrible first impression at the O'Connor branch when trying to open an account but I was in the area and decided to stop in to see if I could get assistance on my account. I was greeted and helped right away. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!! I am so grateful to be a part of an amazing bank institution. I would highly recommend!!
