Incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly staff don’t bother getting big loans here either they will do everything in their right to make you’re experience as miserable as possible I insist this should be the last resort when doing any type of business here and there inventory supports my claim do better whoever the gm is to the location is a joke

They won't take a card payment for pawns anymore, now I have to go out of my way and go there in person to make a payment after going to the ATM before the atm in store Dont. Work very good and they only take cash

Went in to see a ring. Not too busy. Waited 15 min by the jewelry section and no one even acknowledged me. Left. I guess the employees don’t care to make a sale.

If I had an option I wouldn't even give one star. Had my fiance go into the pawn shop today. To pawn an item for me, and instead got harassed by another customer and the employees did absolutely nothing to help my fiance. A lady then calls the cops saying that my fiance is being aggressive with the other customer even though the other customer was the only aggressor. They don't want to kick out my fiance when he did absolutely nothing wrong and was literally almost about to be handed the cash for the pawn he was receiving. And instead had him removed when he was already there in Middle transaction and kept the other person there. That man then was allowing his minor child to hug on different people's legs walk around the entire store. From what I understand as a business that is dealing with children around they should have told the parent that there should not be a minor walking around by themselves.
Instead they had cops remove my fiance and not let him come back even though we have been coming there for years with no issues.
it hurts to know that the disrespect that people can receive in public and the staff not do anything about it even just a simple please walk out through your causing a disturbance nothing.
Please proceed of caution if you want to go to this pawn shop, cuz if you get harassed by another customer inside the location the employees will not help you.

I took my new Casio Mud Master G Shock model GG-B100 1-AJF Bluetooth, I ordered directly from Japan worth approx. $500.00. I had the most unpleasant, unprofessional, and embarrassing experience in this called "Pawn Shop". Please Do NOT waste your time giving them your business here. They (3 employees) thought it was stolen and one of them stated that he never seen a G Shock from Japan. I stated I had proof and receipt they just ignore me and did not wanted to loan me $100.00 and I even asked for a loan of $50.00 and still they bluntly denied my request. I hope this business go bankrupt since they are not loaning any money...Thats what they do or I'm a wrong. I'm 100% Navy Disabled War Veteran and this place will embarrass you they need to work in there people skills....I don't want anyone to go thru the same unpleasant experience. This is my honest to God truth.

This pawn shop has gone down hill. It is dirty inside and you don't get much for what you bring in. The people don't seem trustworthy and don't seem like they know what they are doing except taking from you. Will definitely go somewhere else more professional and friendly.

This pawnshop has went down over the years the new manager, our GM, the young Hispanic guy, only caters to the white peoples. He’s a scam artist. If you have a good valuables, he would try to get you to sell it versus pawn it! I would never come to this pawn shop again. I’ll go to the one down the street there a little bit better.
