Placed an online order for pick up. It's 1207 on a Thursday during lunch hour and I arrive at the store to pick up my order. There's a sign on the door saying they're CLOSED and will be back in 30 minutes. Was that a half hour ago or a couple minutes ago. Either way, it's poor service to close in the middle of the day. Wow. It took me a half hour to drive there and I was told they were open til 7pm when they called to let me know my order was ready. No answer when calling the store so I call customer service who tells me they can't adjust online orders after the store accepts them. They tell me the store was closed for inventory and that I would need to drive back there for a refund. Batteries plus customer service needs to do better. I'm on hold for 15 minutes to be told to go back and nothing could be done on their end. I don't live here. I have a flight to catch. I don't have time to drive back out there to process my refund or pick up the item. I call the store and was told they don't have the authorization to process refunds over the phone and would need to call the district manager. Im on hold another 15 minutes and was told they would call me back. It's been about 2 hours since this back and forth started and still no call back. It amazes me that the store isn't prepared to allow me to pick up the item and then expect me to drive back out there for a refund. I've wasted enough time. Don't want to risk driving another half hour there to find the store still closed and miss my flight.

The man working in the store today 12/4 smelled strongly of OB that the whole store smelled. When being rang up there was a $10 charge added to the total so there wasn’t a discount for bringing in an old battery. So I left without buying the new battery. Plus the computer kept freezing while trying to check out. Will not go back to this location.

They have a big selection of specialized batteries and many other items. The employee that helped me with my search knew his stuff. Very cordial and customer service oriented. I am glad they finally got around to putting their store (Universal City) closer to my area.

Went there yesterday and Jonathan helped me. He was very polite, informative and patient. (I needed info on reprogramming my car but didn't know how to explain it!) It was a bit if a drive for me and I had to call around and thus location was the only one who had what I was looking for at the store. But I have no problem making the drive there if I have to

Came into the store for the first time and was immediately greeted by TJ. He helped me with every question I had and got me all the right things that I needed... highly recommend this store.

This store was a godsend. I needed some batteries for my optics and a lot of them. The guy TJ was on point. Definitely will be back.
