“I spent some time with Robert Isaac today. I had never gone through an insurance broker before, but I'm glad I did this time around. Robert explained how it all worked. We had some great laughs! He was very personable and I enjoyed the conversations we had. I was particularly fond of how patient he was with me as I adjusted numbers and tried different things to get the policy somewhere where I could fit it into my budget. He did share with me any risks I would be taking for reducing coverage and what I would be gaining with others. He was exactly who I needed while shopping around.
