Went with my friend to get her wedding band checked. The very nice lady asked if she could clean my rings for me too. She cleaned them and was very sweet to compliment my wedding set and diamond band.

If you don’t feel like reading all of this, please just know Zales is not the company you should trust. The first time they sent our wedding rings in for repair they were stolen in transit. They made the process a nightmare and left us in the dark too many times. I waited to post this until I was done dealing with them, but the story has to be told.my husband and I brought our rings to Zales for our 6 month inspection. Mine had loose prongs so they recommended to send it in. They also said they’d go ahead and solder my engagement ring and my wedding band. My husband then sent his in as well. It was supposed to be back in 2 weeks. Once they weren’t here, my husband called to check. It was only then we found out they were lost in transit. turns out they were stolen in transit. We haven’t even been married for a full year. We haven’t even paid off the rings yet. And they’re gone. The package arrived to the repair facility “tampered with.” They’ve had issues with this in past apparently, and she said that they still never located those rings. They told me there’s about 15 other people that they had to inform as well about their missing rings or jewelry. They were the least caring and least helpful about the situation. They didn’t provide me any information about tracking number or anything. They didn’t tell us if a police report was filed. They put all the blame on UPS. They didn’t even try to locate original because they had replacements ready in an instant. They kept pushing us to pick up replacements to the point where one employee called us saying the rings I had were going to be discontinued and sent back by the end of the week if I didn’t pick it up. I called 8 other Zales locations, the rings I had were in fact not being discontinued company wide as they made it seem. Corporate was a joke and never helped. The district manager for Zales was also a joke and had to be “pushed” to call us (shocker, he never did). Zales maybe called us around 5 times to “update us” and that was after we had to pretty much call every day for answers.Then we were told by a store manager, Haley, we could get a refund if we aren’t satisfied with their resolution. Their “resolution” was to give us a credit of $300 to a second band for my set, which the band itself was $600. So they wanted more money from us. I told corporate to proceed with refund and she tried telling me that they do not do that when Haley said they did. Thankfully I had proof I was told they could. I sent in the proof and Priscilla from corporate stated the proof was not valid because there was no sound to the recording. I had to call her and play it for her on my end and she admitted she heard “we can do a cash or check refund” but stated they still have to look into it. At that point it’s been two months. So I had my attorney call and once they found out I was going to take them to court and it was going to be a bigger hassle, they finally called saying they’d do the refund. They said it’d be 14 business days and they’d call as soon as it arrive. They didn’t call to tell us.As one final slap in the face from Zales, they never called us saying the check was in. We called and they told us it is and we could pick it up the next day, even though they were open. My husband and I went immediately to get the check and when leaving Haley told us “see you later” smiling as if we were happy customers and ever going to step foot in this place again. She did that because there was a customer in there and they surely didn’t want others to know of this issue. My husband warned another gentleman in store one time of the horrible customer service and how they lost our rings, and Haley threatened to call the cops… for telling the truth.I cannot stress enough DO NOT GO TO ZALES. It is run by untrustworthy people and it has been a nightmare. They gaslight you until no end and they could not care less about you or your sentimental jewelry.

Kathy and Sabrina are AMAZING human beings!! What a STELLAR Customer Service experience! Everyone should take lessons from the both of these ladies! Kathy went above and beyond what I ever could have ever expected in helping me get my anklet to fit just right for our trip to Jamaica! Thank you ladies! That had to seriously be one of the best customer service experiences in my lifetime.❤️

Hayley and Kathy are absolutely amazing, I would leave ten stars for these two if I could. They are not after a sale, they genuinely want to help people in any way they can. My fiancé and I came in to drop off her ring to get resized and had to wait about 20 minutes to be helped as there were many people in the store and it was only them two running the ship. I say this not to complain but to let other customers know, they are worth the wait. After watching them run around juggling five tasks at once while maintaining a genuine conversation with the customers in front of them, it was our turn to be helped and without skipping a beat they were just as friendly and helpful. Hayley took wonderful care of us with all of the services we were looking to get done and Kathy made it a point to come congratulate us as she was the one to help me pick up the engagement ring over a month ago. I could go on and on about how great my experiences have been coming to their store and I am very excited for the next opportunity I have to come chat with these lovely human beings.

Hayley is sooo sweet. Thanks for helping my fiancé pick out such a beautiful engagement ring. We went in to double check the ring after getting it resized somewhere else, and she was so sweet and understanding. Also, she was great at helping us get an idea on the wedding bands we want! Can’t wait to come back!
