The $40 is worth it per month if you don’t have anywhere else to go the wash is just OK and there’s no public restrooms not even for members so if you do get caught up trying to detail your car you have to leave go use the restroom and come back

The car wash located on S. Broadway will not replace the antenna if it breaks in the car wash even if they find the antenna in the wash bay and I have been thru all their car washes and never had to remove the antenna for like 3 years dang near at least once a day ? Only issue I have other than it does not dry the tail gate on truck's at all

Chloe provided excellent customer service. She sounded and looked like she was happy to be there. The vacuums did a great job on getting all the hair and gravel out of my carpet.

If I could leave 10 stars I would… I have their monthly membership and after not washing my car for a literal year it got my car clean the first 2 washes. Their employees went above and beyond explaining the services to me when I had questions. They were also so welcoming!! Their vacuums work amazingly and the lot is always clean. There’s nothing worse than a dirty parking lot. All in all it was an amazing experience and will be continuing for as long as I am allowed.

I am writing this review because I am sorely disappointed in the customer service provided from a carwash I recieved from this business today. I bought a new to me used vehicle Friday (knowing all of the imperfections on the vehicle). The car was detailed but got a little dusty on the drive home because we picked it up from a dealer a little father from home. I normally go to a spot on Grande but gave this spot a chance since it is closer to home.
I get out of my car when I get home and see there are MULTIPLE paint chips on the hood of my car now. I also have a few chips on my windshield! I spoke with someone on the phone who requested I come to the carwash so they can view the marks - because they supposedly can guarantee whether or not the marks come from the carwash or not. ?
I drive to the carwash from home just for them to tell me they're not giving me a refund because they "wash millions of cars and never have issues"... okay bud.
Find that hard to believe when you have reviews on here from others with the similar issues.
I hope this poor review was worth the 15 dollars I was asking for back so that I could use that to repair all these paint chips on my car. I guess I should've thrown a fit demanding you all pay for a professional repair. I came to get my car washed not scuffed up, and my request was perfectly reasonable. I have had this car for less than a week. I was also partly reporting so others don't have the same experience because maybe something malfunctioned with the equipment. Don't know when customer service turned into - "oh well, not our problem... we got your money".
Thats fine - you won't get it again.

Car wash cleans very well, been going for months, recently it broke part of the grille on my car off so I canceled my membership.
