That was the worst car wash I've ever been through I drove in a dirty mess came back out a dirty mess with some of the dust blown off. That was a waste of $12 now I have to go find some place to really have it washed.

So far so good. I am a member and really appreciate the service. My only complaint is that the Blower is too short to allow a good dry and the tunnel time is too fast for the best wash.

This review is comparing it to other businesses who do the same thing...
There facilities are well maintained and the employees are attentive and ready to assist. These are excellent and have always been so through the years they have been here in town.
I don't like that they do not prewash your front grill to help get the bugs off a bit better after the wash. I do think this one aspect would help. Hey even if they set up a bucket somewhere before entering the bay would be fine, I would do it. This only takes a minute if that.
They also do not provide towels to help dry or do so light detailing either. The fact that their monthly membership prices are cheaper probably is the reason that the towels and mat cleaners are not provided.
Overall, your car gets washed and the vacuums work great which is basically what you want.
But as I mentioned not doing a prewash and having some towels work against them from my perspective.

I agree with Bobby Dingler. I just ran thru on the South Loop and don't know if the phot shows, but the windows are NOT getting clean on passenger side and blowers need a longer cycle for minivan type vehicles. There's more vertical glass than most cars.

Had to go through 2 times to get tree sap off of hood and still didn't get it clean will have to try by hand I guess
