Today. Red Springs, Chapel Hill, and Winona fire crews met up for breakfast. We collectively chose Whataburger at 271and the loop extention in Tyler. Our experience was unmatched. We where completely satisfied with the service, food, and overall environment. A special thanks goes out to Ms. Casey and Ms. Norma for occomidating our every need from the time we entered the building until our departure. Thank you all for being great people. Your kindness really helped us start our day off on a positive note. Respectfully submitted by Lt. Crumpton Smith County ESD2

I could hear the employees calling white people stupid. Disgusting. Everyone deserves respect. I will never go in this location again. How does corporate condone this?

Came in and got a large drink (nearly $4) came in maybe two hours later (I doordash) for a refill and was charged for another full price drink.I asked if the people who had purchased drinks in the lobby were going to be charged full price and was told "no, they're in store. It's a sanitary issue."If it was a sanitary issue - they would also be charged. I've lived in this area for the last six years - I've never been charged full price for a refill in any context.Manager on duty was snarky, rude, and instructed the employee at the counter "that customers know better."
