The employees are soulless, unsmiling zombies. Stockers habitually block access to aisles and products. The parking lot is a nightmare.
It is probably the best Walmart in Tyler.

Always out of items. High prices. Produce doesn't appear to be fresh, so I rarely purchase. Love the delivery service.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. #1 if you’re going to have formula locked up have a button by it so you can page someone when you need in it and aren’t walking around the store looking for someone to help just for them to have an attitude. #2 if you’re going to make your employees carry the formula up front to customer service and have us get it there when we’re done shopping then have bags and be ready to check out everything in my cart. I don’t get what the attitude was about when I said I did not want to complete two transactions just to buy the formula with you. And when I called to speak with a manager about this I was on hold for 20 minutes just to be hung up on before a manager answered. Customer service is TRASH.

I really enjoy going to your store and shopping. I can't really say enough good things about your store, but there's one thing that honestly has been really bothering me. Your delivery drivers keep parking in the curbside to go in and do shopping orders, but then they come out and they leave their carts in curbside and just pile them up I've witnessed this on many occasions. It is the same group of drivers. They are creating extra work for your associates that gather up the carts. They are also piling them up in parking spots. You can do something about this. They are Spark drivers.

Its walmart. I dont like the new checkout system. I i got 1 item i still have to wait through a line. They put self ckeckouts and cashier checkouts all 1 line.

Customer service just totally sucks, It's like you have this super center that's like a ghost town when it comes to customer ready employees...I often have to locate stockers to assist me, electrical lawn equipment is droll as they only cater mainly to Hart, my opinion it sucks

The auto care center is complete trash, I ordered tires through their website as it said it would be in within a couple days and scheduled my appt for the installation accordingly, I received a call from the tire center the day before my appt and they explained to me that the tires arrived but the system only showed that 3 were delivered even though they had all 4. Since this happened, they told me they could not install the tires and I needed to call Walmart corporate and get this sorted out which took roughly 3 hours of calling back and forth between Walmart corporate and the auto center. Needless to say it took a couple days to get it cleared in their system. Fast forward a week to my new scheduled appt and I arrive 40 min early (hoping to get squeezed in before my appt to get out early)… 5 hours later they have successfully damaged a TPMS Sensor, damaged 2 of my wheels and my tire leaked air which took another 30 min for them to removed the tire and replace the valve stem for a second time….. so now I have to go back in tomorrow and get the sensor replaced and speak to the manager about them damaging my wheels. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!
