Customer service could definitely have been better. We just needed to remove a few items due to going over budget, the associate was visibly and audibly annoyed she had to stop her conversation with a coworker to scan her badge for us. Never had any issues until today. Very piss poor customer service on her behalf.

Be wary if you buy online and have items shipped to your house. The level of incompetence of the employees that work on the packing and shipping side is astounding sometimes. I purchased assorted kitchenware and a hair brush for my daughter. What arrived at my door were three Frozen dolls?! Now I need to go through the hassle of going back to the store, and try to explain to the returns employee about how royally my order was screwed up and why I’m trying to return dolls when I ordered kitchenware.
Save yourselves the headache if you can, always shop in the store! I thought I would save time and get items I wanted quickly without leaving my house, but the joke is on me.

Why have self checkout when you only have two open? The line was 15 plus people and finally the lady opened one. I only go to Walmart when I can't get an item elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Then they want to know how my experience was...well it wasn't good.

Went in to get a carry on suit case. Made the mistake of trying to talk to guy in the electronic depth. Made the mistake of buying a phone . He lied about what he could do to get my apps on the phone. Customer service was terrible. Very typical Walmart. My bad for being a big dummy to shop there

If you're a truck driver and looking for somewhere to park don't park here after 11pm, they have a tow company come and boot your trucks, not their trucks just everyone else's.

Like the way this location operates. Many of the floor staff are long term employees who recognize me and skillfully help me when I need it. Almost always rate a 5 star experience at checkout.

They allow semis to park near the entrance, blocking line-of-site and creating a dangerous situation. There are no cleansing wipes for the carts. Stockers block aisles and access, and there are abandoned boxes and pallets in the aisles. Tomatoes were moldy and infested with fruit flies. Some dairy products on the shelf have already expired, and the area has a sour stench to it. The shelves are full of crushed boxes and dented cans, so you have to search for products that aren't already damaged. The employees are rude and will never make eye contact, return a "Hello," or offer to help; you often find them in little knots talking and laughing amongst themselves, but they scatter if you approach. Most of the cashiers are friendly and efficient.
