I got new insurance and told them to use it, they didn't. I called and they said to come in before they could fix, came in and they are too busy, call back later. Then they told me to call my insurance, who said they spoke with pharmacy while I was waiting and everything was supposed to be good, so I went in and they said never talked to insurance, after several days of this back and forth, I call insurance at the pharmacy and then they came to the conclusion that since they didn't bother to change the date for new insurance in new year it is my fault that they are ignorant, and they can't or won't fix it.

Complete idiots in the pharmacy. The pharmacists are good but the employees at the drive through window fell out of the incompetence tree and hit every branch on the way down. They don't have any answers and would rather lie to you than just say they don't know. Cancelled a prescription then lied to me that the doctor had cancelled it. Complete lie. I reordered and was told it would be ready by 3 p.m. Got there and was told, "out of stock." Was told it would be next week. Fed up with their incompetence and lies and moved all my business to their competitor. Complete idiots.

If I could give less than one star I would. Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I called to check on my prescription on Friday because it was pending. The pharmacist said that it would be ready on Saturday. I see online on Saturday that the status was now cancelled: I call and they say sorry…we don’t have that medicine. Now I have to wait u til Monday and have my doctor call it in to a different pharmacy. And Jade in the pharmacy is special kind of rude and unhelpful. What a joke.

Store manager with the bald head follows me around every time I do a Order there not knowing I make twice as more money than him I have no reason to steal the minute my feet touch the door, and see what color I am, and doesn’t greet!! Racism at a all time high

Return policy isn’t honored. Offered store credit but had to wait for a manager the next day in order to “try” to honor *their* policy. For $30. Guarantee you Walgreens, you don’t need to be that stingy.

Pharmacy was rude and when I told them use whatever was cheaper insurance or good rx they charged me the more expensive option which was insurance and I brought up that it was half the cost through good rx they said it would take a few days to undo the charges. Do yourself a favor and use a different Pharmacy this place will oy do the absolute minimum they have to to keep a job.

I use this Walgreens consistently and have never had a pharmacy be so unreliable. Most recent experience is today- them completely losing my paper prescription I dropped off 4 days ago- when I dropped it off they told me they had to order it and it'd take a day or two. I get there to get it today and they've lost my prescription and still don't have the medication and are absolutely no help. What kind of pharmacy losing a prescription?! Not one I want to use that's for sure.So just know if you use them, you may or may not get your medications.Update: I got my prescription resent by my doctor, and they still can't fill it after they told me they could. They called 3 days later after saying they would fill it, saying they can't and can't for two days. I am FED UP with this Walgreens and WILL be taking this complaint further than a google review. Complete embarrassment of a pharmacy.Find some workers who actually know what they are doing.

I had a mishap when I got an app notification letting me know there was an issue with one of my prescriptions. In the confusion, I was worried I would not be able to get my prescription and had them transferred. I received notification that one was filled so assumed they both would be. We were all confused when I came to pick up and they weren’t ready. They were kind, patient and very deserving of their undoubtedly hidden frustration with me. They were professional and moved forward with filling the prescription right then and there. Very grateful to them.

I waited in the drive though for 30 minutes and as soon as I got to the front of the line they threw a sign up in my face saying there were closed for lunch. First of all who goes to lunch at 1:30pm? Secondly it was 1:25pm so that isn't 1:30pm. I got out of my car and went to ask the manager what was going on. I think I was bothering him because he would not look up from his phone. He had no answer. Come on Walgreens. Can't you just pay your employees a little more so there aren't these issues? I can promise you I will never come back. What a joke of a business.
