Everyone in the store was super nice and very helpful in assisting me with my purchases especially like the fact I saw the manager and she was just saying hi to everyone very kind made the store feel very welcoming. Definitely recommend the store.

The pharmacist guy who claim he’s a manager need to really work on his attitude he needs to learn how to listen before he reply and allow you to speak before he give you an answer and the pharmacy should not tell the customer you get you medication tomorrow and then you go there the next day and they will tell you no it did not come try tomorrow!!Bad service

Cinnamon was amazing!!!!! I had a horrible experience trying to get my passport photo at the other Walgreens, so I came to this Walgreens and cinnamon made my night so much better, and was an amazing help! she definitely needs a raise

Went to purchase generic Claritin D behind the pharmacy counter. Price advertised was $18.99, I was charged $22.99. I inquired about the difference and the reply was “yeah, those price signs are old and need to be changed”. I would think transparency and integrity would be valued in the pharmacy department, but not here apparently. Could have at least warned me ahead of time, or gave me $4 credit for their mistake. It didn’t break the bank, but it’s the principle.

When you have customers using coupons trying to get everything for a deal, and holding up the line you would think the cashier would call for back up or a manager to jump on the register, didn’t happen, and then the little Japanese girl who was cashiering tried to get rude and I had to let her know!! Ridiculous how people come in a store to use coupons to try to get everything for free and it’s even more ridiculous that no one came to check others out

Be very cautious when using this location's pharmacy. The techs will claim that they are pharmacists as an outright lie so make sure if you have questions that you are speaking to someone who earned the degree and not a liar. Walgreens, the DEA, and theTexas's Association of Pharmacy have been informed.

The stuff sold here is good, but coming here for a Covid booster was a different story. When I got the shot it hurt more than a usual shot would. I didn’t say anything at the time, but then I went to the doctor to check to see if it was nothing serious, but he said it had hit a sensitive nerve. It hurt for a long time after that, but I know for sure that next time I’ll get a vaccine at a place that has competent pharmacy workers!

Store is fine but the pharmacy is just awful. Picking up prescriptions is slow and painful. My wife tried to get a booster here and they almost mistakingly gave her a second vaccine shot instead. We just went together to get to Rapid NAAT tests for a trip, which results are advertised to be within 2 hours. She got her results in 1 hour and mine arrived a day later. We called to check on mine and they couldn’t find her results despite her receiving the results by email. The pharmacist was annoyed we were calling about mine insisting results arrive 2 to 24 hours (again…check their website - it says within 2 hours). If you need results within 2 hours, it’s a gamble. I would recommend easing off their pharmacy. They seem overworked and not happy to be there.

Tonight I sat in line for around 15-20 minutes to pick up a prescription that I’d been notified is ready for pickup . I was the last car in line and there were only a couple cars in front of me. When the car directly in front of me pulled away it was 7:01 which is one minute past the time the pharmacy closes. They put up a closed sign and refused to acknowledge us even though they have a mirror and camera there and would have seen that we arrived in plenty of time before they closed. I could understand if we got there at 7 or even a couple minutes before but we were already in line waiting well before closing time. Ive never worked anywhere where people already waiting in line get cut off, especially when they get in line with that much time to spare. We’ve had several encounters with unnecessarily rude and unhelpful staff here before and so has my elderly mother. I think we’ll be switching pharmacies.

Made an online appointment for a Covid vaccine at 8:30am. Arrived at 8:15am and the pharmacy is closed. The lady at the checkout counter said the pharmacy doesn't open until 9am but that the pharmacist is supposed to come in early for the appoinments? He/She never showed so I wasted a trip. Sounds like great service to me!
