These pharmacy is terrible I dropped of a prescription to be filled and they lost it. I wanted it to be transferred over to another Walgreens. Ok call today to find out what’s going on and they told me you’re going to have to have the other pharmacy pull it. I don’t work there so stupid now I have to get my dentist to call it In again. I would never go to Walgreens off of 110 right there in front of Roadhouse they suck don’t know there job.

I called in two refills on Tuesday, speaking with a person. Tried to pick up both on Thursday. They only knew of one refill. Gave them the second refill again. Went to pick it up on Saturday after work. Got there at 3:58. They were closing the windows. I told the lady I just needed to pick up my RX. She told me they were closed. I asked her if it was really already 4. She said yes. I looked at my phone. It was 3:58. I asked to please just let me have my script. She came back to the window and told me that they didn’t have the medicine, that it would be in Monday or Tuesday. I told her this was totally unacceptable. I work in customer service and I would be fired for the same actions. She said it’s not her fault, it’s Walgreens rules. This was the icing in the cake for my family. After several similar instances in the past three months, we’ll do business with Walmart!

Had a curbside pickup and the young lady was not professional. When instructing her where to place the items, she did not hear me and her response was "What?" and gave the impression she did not want to be at work.

Sierra has to be one of the rudest and unprofessional persons I have dealt with in a while.
From the way she informs people of insurance problems to using a RX card.
Where does Walgreens find these people.
I used them for about 2 year and left because of the rudeness and lack of service.
Good service equals return business!!
Walgreens will be next to close down!

Brittney was very rude, she shamed us for using coupons. When we tried to ask her information, she accused us of getting stuff for free because we were just trying to coupon, she shammed us. It was discrimination, she caused a scene and got other customers to cuss us out, for us just trying to coupon at Walgreens.

Awful service and prescriptions are consistently incorrect or incomplete. I have repeatedly asked them to use GoodRX instead of my commercial insurance and every time I am promised that they “made a note in the account.” It’s wrong every single month. Won’t be going back…

Didn't have the medicine i needed, even called other pharmacies which was awesome or was until i got there. Had a different rx called in they waited till i got there to tell me they no longer contracted with my insurance, then told me the first medicine was low cost out of pocket so they could just fill that. CONFIRMED they could fill the rx they called me and said they didnt have, lady confirmed. Called me 5 mins later to tell me my rx was out of stock AGAIN. Waste of time.

This place has a very poor pharmacy management! I called to have a couple of prescription refills and the female in the pharmacy on the phone with me did not understand what I was explaining to her and to make a long story short, she hung up the phone on me!!! Made me so upset because I had another prescription to be refilled which didn’t happen because she hung up on me! I immediately drove to the store and asked to speak with the pharmacy manager which turned out to be a mistake because I explained to her what happened and her response to me was to ask me if I knew who it was!! She did not apologize at all and she continued to tell me that she didn’t know who it was!! Oh my thought at this point is that maybe it was her!! She didn’t show any interest in finding out who it could have been nor did she ever apologize!! What kind of manager acts that way to their customers??? Very unprofessional and unsympathetic!!

Just a heads up: the pharmacy hours are now 10am to 7pm. Very stressful to find this out when expecting to pick up medications only to find the pharmacy closed! Please update your website.
