They are the very best with over 40 years experience The old man there can fix anything. I took in my older serger for repair and it had some problems he suggested that I upgrade and gave me a very fair price including a trade-in and a discount and I now have a Viking Husqvarna serger . I will always go to him for repair

I took my Dressmaker 950-B (1960s sewing machine) to get repaired and serviced here, and I am so happy! Now it runs like it's supposed to! I will not hesitate to bring any future machine here, and actually I will bring the used serger I just bought here too. Highly recommend.Oh, almost forgot to mention, the price for the service and repair was MORE than fair!!

These folks are fantastic. I brought my vintage Sears model 158 sewing machine here for repair after another well known sewing repair store in the area told me it was unfixable. Waits had it running like a top in just a couple of days and for a decent price too. Would highly recommend for your sewing machine repair needs!
