My husband changed from Android to an iPhone yesterday at the Verizon store at 6874 S Broadway, Tyler, TX. He was very hesitant but he had begun to have unexplained problems and since I had been enjoyed "trouble free" iPhone usage, he decided to try it. He hasn't been using this new phone but about 24 hr now BUT.....he loves the ease in learning it. I think the transition was made easy for him because of the one-on-one personal interest in him and the expert knowledge that Kristion Harris, the Sales Person, shared with him - making him so at ease and comfortable in making this change. Kristion led him through literally everything! When we got home, we had a question still. We called the phone # that Kristion gave us and within seconds, Kristion had him going again very confidently. This particular Verizon store employs 2 other individuals who are patient, kind, and knowledgeable.......just like Kristion! They are Taylor and Sam.....if you ever are not able to grab Kristion. We'll always trade with this Verizon store! We like to be treated like we are important and our questions are not dumb!

This store went above and beyond Kristion Harris sold me a great phone he got me what I needed when I needed it and I think he needs a Raise!!!! When I came in the second time Joseph Berry Helped me out and he was phenomenal at helping me with my problem. He also needs a Raise! When we had to call Verizon he resolved the issue for me with good time. I have my own business so I need stuff to be done quick and both times I was in and out in 5 minutes!!! They need Raises

Sam Fiser is my hero. After my little wife passed away unexpectedly there were problems with an "already in process" insurance claim with her phone that had been damaged just before her passing. Then there was the cancellation of her phone service due to her death and there were un-for-seen problems with that situation. Due to the poor customer service I received at the Verizon store I usually go to, I went to the South Broadway Store where Sam works. What a great stroke of luck that was for me. The week before my wife passed and for about three weeks after, Sam has spent at least four to five hours of time with me and on the phone with other less knowledgeable Verizon and Asurion employees correcting mistakes made by my wife, myself and other Verizon employees.
It is a rare thing in today's shopping world to find an individual who is willing to go, not just the extra mile, but in Sam's case, the extra marathon, to help a customer in distress.
To the folks who run the business and manage personnel: You are fortunate to have Sam representing your company and your name.

Christian and Taylor are the absolute best! My wife's phone was blown out of her hand (thanks Beryl) and the screen shattered and the phone was destroyed. We stopped to get her a new phone at her old carrier and were possibly the RUDEST people. Even after spending a half hour on the phone with customer service, we received NO HELP. She googled which carriers in Tyler were still open and thankfully this Verizon location was the only one open. We called and they took her info by phone, had the phone and service waiting for her and even stayed well after closing to try to help her get her new phone set up with old apps.

Not real impressed with the level of customer service here. Doors locked early due to "staffing shortages" equal corporate greed trickling down to consumers.
Wish there were more options!

Sam Fiser assisted us when we upgraded our old phones. We had many, many questions, and he was able to answer all of them courteously and thoroughly. I recommend Sam. He made our experience very enjoyable.

Jordan and Joseph were actually incredable helpful, although we had a terrible time with their tech support online. These two guys should be highly commended for their customer service and patience! We spent 1.5 hrs on the phone and NO ONE was helpful. We ended up hanging up. If it was not for Jordon you would have lost a customer.
