My husband and I both got new phones and a tablet a couple of weeks ago. Jordan helped us with all and he was so professional and knowledgeable and patient. I have been back several times with dumb questions and he is always kind.

Let me start by saying this: I hate cell phone stores. The bright lights, the upselling, the endless small talk about phone cases I don’t want—hard pass. So when I walked into the Verizon store with all the enthusiasm of someone headed to a root canal, I was fully expecting the usual headache.
Enter Joel and Dacoda—absolute rockstars who turned the whole experience around.
These two didn’t just help me; they showed up and showed OUT. Joel’s professionalism and Dacoda’s knowledge (or maybe it was the other way around—either way, dream team) were top-tier. They were patient, answered every one of my 742 questions without flinching, and went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with the best deal possible.
Oh, and did I mention I was a lifelong AT&T customer? Not anymore. I’m officially on Team Verizon now and saving 50% on my monthly bill. That’s not a typo—half off. I checked the math twice. (I work in finance… trust me, I checked)
If you’re like me and would rather wrestle a raccoon than step foot in a phone store, do yourself a favor and go see Joel and Dacoda. They made the switch painless, dare I say… enjoyable? I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually had fun.
Give these guys a raise, a trophy, or at least a standing ovation. 🙌

Dacoda is awesome! He was very efficient, knowledgeable and patient in helping me get 2 lines upgraded, adding Verizon WiFi to my account, and adding hot spot to both lines, all while getting us the best rate! Highly recommend.

I got my phone and watch from here from Joseph who explained everything in detail to me and took lots of time with me answering all my questions. I had to come back later and met with Joel. He was super patient troubleshooting for me and took his time working with me. Will definitely only come back to this store.

This is hands down the best Verizon store around. We have been to both Joseph and Joel and both were very patient and took their time with us answering questions and troubleshooting for us. Unlike the other store in the villages, one of the guys there was very impatient with me and made me feel stupid for asking questions.

Man I went to this place with a broken phone and my home boi Joel Wiggins set me up with a brand new one. And it barely costed me a thing to walk out the door with it. Props to this gentleman for being so helpful and professional. He's really funny and got some nice tattoos. Great service from this man here. Can't wait to break this phone just to go see him again.

We had an outstanding experience at Verizon tonight thanks to the incredible customer service provided by Taylor, Joel, and Dacoda. When my husband lost his phone, we called in for guidance and were fortunate to speak with Taylor. He listened attentively, showed genuine concern, and provided clear next steps to resolve our issue.
Upon arriving at the store, we were warmly greeted with a smile by Joel, who made us feel welcome right away. Since Taylor was assisting another customer, Joel seamlessly took over and, along with Dacoda, went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they make the entire process smooth and stress-free, but they also introduced us to a business account option that ended up saving us money each month—something we wouldn’t have known about otherwise!
It’s rare to find a team that are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping customers. Again, HUGE thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Taylor, Joel, and Dacoda!
