Due to a motor failure of an older vehicle I owned, my husband and I had to purchase a vehicle without much time to think and prepare. We stopped at Velocity Mazda to inquire about a used vehicle that we saw online. John was so kind and helpful! We told him about our daughter who would be shopping for a car to go to college in. He was not pushy and treated us like family. While completing the purchase of the vehicle, he had found a second one that suites my daughters needs to go off to college in without it being over her price range and budget. We felt like he worked for us. The whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant and easy. This is the best dealership experience we have ever had!

Went in for my 4th service using my Mazda Prepaid Maintenance Program warranty and after service was completed was informed that they still accepted the warranty, the owner wasn’t making enough off the warranty coverage so I had to pay the difference. Was previously covered at 100% the other 3 times they serviced my vehicle. I was not notified of change prior to work being started. Very disappointed in the way it was handled. Now an oil change cost me $160 (cost of the prepaid maintenance program and additional $40)

Went in to pick out a new Mazda with my wife. Best car buying experience we've had! Entire team was polite courteous and extremely friendly! No pressure tactics at all and we were very satisfied! Cannot recommend Velocity enough!

Took my vehicle here after another local mazda dealership couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Lenard was my service agent and he was excellent from start to finish. He provided me with a loaner vehicle and had my vehicle a week. They were very thorough with their diagnosis and even found an additional issue which they repaired. I’ll never go to another Mazda dealership again! Thank you Lenard!
