They have the worst customer service, and the store is terrible. I never like to go by this store. Last Thursday, I decided the last minutes to stop by Valero and purchased a pint of ice cream. I was charged $5.29, and the sign said $4.99. I told the guy, a cashier, that the price was incorrect. He said the tax was added in $5.29. No, it's not. He didn't even bother to fix it and treated me like "deal with it." I asked for the manager. He said the manager is not here. No manager on site. Unbelievable. That's not good at all. Calling the headquarter and FTC.

STAY AWAY FROM VALEROS!!! THEYRE SUCH A RIP OFF !! last week our worker pump gas at a different Valero and it charged him $40 for 9 gallons. Well today I ran out of gas and went to this particular one. I chose the $2.99 one and it charged me $54 for 16 gallons ??? !! I went inside and of course the cashier had no idea and had no answer. She printed me a ticket that read 16 gallons at $3.39/ gallon which I didn't choose. Complete rip off, dishonest business. I won't be back and y'all should be aware of this

Just visited the store. 10 pm 11/18/2022.Store was filthy and restrooms were messy. There was something spilled that resembled throw up that wasn't blocked off nor being attended to. I will NOT this store again. ?

They are always out of tons of items, the drink machines are in bad repair despite it being a new store, I went in today and all employees were new and pleasant however the two drinks were supposed to be 2/$5 but rang up higher. They were too new to have authorization to change the price and no one was available in the store to help.

I frequently go to 7 eleven, however I don't know if this one is a different franchise from the rest in the area or what, everything is more or less correctly branded and prices are the same, however what you get isn't, an example which seems to go across the store is, the slurpee's they sale as an extra large, are the same size as a MD or LG at any other location, they also do not participate in the 7 eleven rewards program, across the board you will pay more and get less, save yourself the frustration and go right up or down Broadway to a real 7 even

The diesel pumps are AWFUL!!! It takes 15 minutes or more to fill up my truck. I may pay more elsewhere, but its worth it not to deal with this!
