UT HEALTH IMAGING CENTER Very rude front desk personnel. No recognition when signing in, just ignored. After signing in I started reading a notice regarding MRI patients. Andrea then stated I could go sit down and she wound call me when she was ready for me. She seemed to be condescending. While waiting she ask if I knew I owed $80 ish dollars. It was not clarified they my charge for that day was what she was referring to. I responded No!She then stated since I signed in on echart I should have known. I had no clue what she was taking about. She acted as if I wasn't or didn't Gabe the money to pay for the visit. Had She said, your balance today is... I just found her to be a bit rude.However my MRI tech was excellent. Thank you Ashley for making my visit more pleasant, for explaining the procedure, for speaking to me kindly, showing my way around and my way out. You are gratefully appreciated.

Best ever! Very concerned and empathetic! Explains things so well! Been going to her for years and my kids are grown and still go to her!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Horrible, rude service over the phone makes it difficult to schedule important visits for babies and young children. I had a woman tell me it was my responsibility as a parent to make sure my kids are schedule, not theirs. If I could take my kids to another clinic, I would. It's taking months to get my kids scheduled for their vaccines and it's not the first time. It doesn't make sense not to be able to call the office directly. Only one main line to call and speak with someone who transfers the call only to have to leave a message and not hear back from anyone.
