Not too particular with this post office. In the process of moving currently and I filled out a form days before I needed my mail to be held. Days after my mail needed to be held and I was informed that the mail courier who handles my “route address” was out on leave and may not have processed my mail being held. Today it’s been two weeks and still have NOT received my mail. And on top of that, customer service is amazing once you get someone to come to the window during operation hours, very nice and polite! But they don’t seem organized at all. Communication amongst each other regarding the community’s mail is non existent seems like. Very frustrating not knowing what’s going on with your mail. Talked to a younger man and today an older woman. Neither knew what to tell me. Was told they are short staffed and have no idea basically what’s going on. Had I known this would happen I would have purchased a new PO Box at another location to be done with this location. Although very polite with their customers not professional at all. This matter needs to be handled and corrected!

Website says they open at 8, but the door sign says 10!!!!! Change the hours please!!! I drove all the way for nothing!

Just like the review below me, my entire apartment complex is having the same issues and of course no accountability. They told me to trust their new manager and they’re making sure to give feedback but why do I have to ask them to talk to them for the 3rd time? If this many areas are having issues with the same person then why are we not correcting the issue? Post person keeps putting everyone’s mail randomly into our boxes then having our landlord go through the headache to have everyone working together to sort everyone’s mail back.

Although I would give my past experiences in dealing with USPS in general a one star, this annex has excellent customer service any time I have had to call or visit in person with a question or issue. Very friendly and helpful.

? ? ‼️ USPS should do something about this office! This is the worst mail service office ever!! You can not trust them. I'm always crossing fingers to get my mail. Every month I have many problems with my mail about 30% of the time... If is not delivered to the wrong mailbox, I get packages from other people, debt Collectors, W-2, checks and all kind of sensitive information that are for others, somehow ends up on my mailbox but not my packages. My apartment complex (Cumberland Apartments) page is full of residents asking for their lost packages. Its crazy!!! The lady who usually has this apartment route is always on the phone while delivering the mail. I hate t to leave this kind of review but this is too much to not tell what is being going on here. I can’t ever count on this mail service, it's a shame!!

This place is ridiculous. No one ever answers the phone . It’s sad I have to get my packages delivered else where because this is the Po in my area. Someone is tooo lazy to properly deliver my packages I’m going to corporate about this issue

I went to pick up a package I had missed 2 deliveries for. I rang the bell as posted, was met by a sweet employee who promptly went to find my package, retrieved it and verified my information before happily handing it over. Overall wonderful and quick experience.

This is just a heads up, this is not a regular post office. This is a parcel select office, so if you need to drop off any eBay or Mercari packages with QR codes, you cannot administer the business here.I’m giving it four stars only because the ladies are very nice…
