I hate to do this to the store but this issue needs to be addressed and I'm not sure how to leave a review for the company. My package was supposed to be delivered today however it stated it needed more information. I spent a heck of a time just trying to get the page to load far enough for me to track it and try and change my address. After messing with it for over 20 minutes I finally logged in, I went back to track the package and change the address information it wouldn't let me. I tried to redirect the package and the page wouldn't load. The chat box is ZERO help as it's an automated system. I tried calling customer service - I kept saying AND TYPING in my tracking number - they kept saying they couldn't find it and I wasn't able to speak with a representative without the tracking number. I still have no solution. I still do not have my package. I don't know where my package is and I'm going to be P-I-S-S-E-D if it gets brought back to sender.

Driver Marian took my package at the last second from his truck outside the store, even though he did not need to. This was a time sensitive passage, 1 day overnight air package for my business. Thankful for the help!

The closest place for me to drop off Amazon packages.
This time I had a dead battery in the parking lot and Ray an employee helped give me a boost.
Always been a quick and clean place but the employees are definitely very helpful.
