The driver for the Cuney Tx area is a man around 30 years of age. The residents living in that area are complaining the he drives too fast and has a bad attitude when asked questions.

Impossible to get a representative on the phone. Automated system will not transfer you to a representative, no matter what you say. Just pathetic!!

I had a lost package. On my phone, the tracking info said it was in Tyler since Aug.15th but not delivered. At the Tyler hub, I was told it was in Lone Star, Texas, but he could not call them or give me the number! I called Love Star and they were so helpful. It was not there and his info said it was in Tyler. Filed a claim. However, I will say UPS delivery workers are very helpful and courteous!

Nothing but a bunch of deceivers. I brought a very important package in on Saturday that needed to arrive Today. When I asked which would be a better service (overnight vs 2 day) they said 2 day was plenty. Imagine my surprise when I wake up to my delivery being pushed out to Wednesday.
After an hour on chat, apparently this store doesn’t even have pickups on the weekends and it’s my fault for not knowing that. I was happy to pay overnight to get the job done, but was assured that wasn’t needed.

Our UPS driver stopped by today and delivered a package. He said he tried to deliver another package recently that required signature, but he knows its not addressed to me. He then asked if it was okay to bring it back and leave it here! I said I’m not expecting anything requiring signature, and its not addressed to me anyway! He plans on following through with his plan anyway!!! What is wrong with you guys lol

Can't track a package after repeated tracking number a dozen times. Poor excuse for customer service. No help whatsoever. Disgusted.

Finally had to pick up my package in person. The guy here was nice. However, these delivery truck clowns couldnt find or deliver my package for 6 days. Inexcusable. Should have issued me a full refund.

UPS logic strikes again I had 2 packages of medication coming in both for the same address on the same day both track as on the truck at the same time yet one package is brought back to the hub and held because UPS says the address is wrong even though they both have the same address and calling does literally no good you get a hold of someone that is hard to understand because of foreign accent and kids running crazy in the background thanks UPS good thing it’s not a medication that my life depends on SMH by the way I’m still waiting on this package

If I order a package, it's because I don't have the time to get it myself. Just like I don't have the vague time window to wait around my house until you drop off my package "by 12". I don't like having to sign for my package, I just want you to out it on my back porch for when I get home from work. Having to wait and sign is annoying.

They ran to lock the door while I was walking up… Doors locked during business hours makes NO SENSE. Wasting peoples time = 1 star

As busy as they were, they took great care of me, and I received my package.
Thanks for the work you all put in on looking for my package.

Lying saying y’all made 3 attempts to deliver my package and never came out is crazy. Then say I require a code to get in, that’s how I know y’all lying. I have never had problems getting my packages until now.
