Didn't have a good time. Didn't really get any help from the employees. A few of which looked over then blantently dismissed me. Barley got any help from the one lady that did help me because I guess since I was buying Elf idk. But I was made to feel like I didn't belong in the store because of the way I looked/dressed. I don't care what company you are no one should be made to feel less because they don't look a certain way. You only got a 3 for the check out clerk who was friendly and helpful at the end of my visit. I will be buying my products online or elsewhere from now on.

I went last Saturday for a training on hairstyling. Jesse was wonderful. I made an appointment for this Saturday for him to cut my hair. Drove into town to find out he is sick and they didn't even show me on the books. Offered to have someone else cut my hair. I declined. They didn't even apologize or ask if I wanted to reschedule with Jesse. Not a very good first impression.

Carmen on my first visit made me feel welcomed. She did a fantastic job of matching hair color with my completion. Carmen and supporting staffers are all skillful in their crafts. I highly recommend getting booked in and get what you want.

This store has vastly improved over the last couple of years. Sephora is still my favorite but I will now go into Ulta. I used to avoid it like the plague.

I came to Ulta to get rematched because the previous MAC consultant matched me wrong. Mannie saw me came right over and matched me perfectly. He also gave me some tips & tricks about applying my makeup & what brushes to use. Mannie will be my go to guy for my makeup (he needs a promotion ASAP). Thank you for helping me Mannie ?

I absolutely love this store! I can shop here for hours. I'm also obsessed with the salon! Heather B is excellent! She's a blonde specialist and always leaves my hair looking and feeling fantastic! I use a power hair for full-time mobility, and she is always very helpful and accommodating to my needs! I 100% recommend her for your next hair appointment!

They have canceled on me 3 times.
I book a month in advance and as we get closer to the date they call and say the stylist won’t be there or they made a mistake and book 2 people.
The one time they actually cut my hair they did a wonderful job.
