We have used u-pack twice and understand things happen. They work with a company called Moving staffers and they provide the movers to load and unload. Movers unprepared show up four hours late no dollies or tools to put the adjustable bed back together that the first movers they sent took apart . We were assured they would be prepared and know how to put the bed back together , they were not ! When the movers went over, they wanted to charge us? It was an 8x8 small pod $584.50 for two hours studio apartment definitely stay away from this company!!!

We moved from California to Texas. The entire process was great. Took some much stress and worry off of us. Every person we encountered was professional and helpful.Best way to move. We had our stuff in storage for 1 month until we closed on our house.Would recommend to anyone moving.

Professional and affordable way to move belongings from Texas to Puerto Rico. We originally reserved 1 pod, but decided 2 would be easier and that greatly reduced the price per pod overall. We opted to load and pick up from their facilities to save money, versus having pods delivered and picked up. That was a good decision as loading and unloading was easy. The original shipping estimate was around 3 weeks, but it arrived a full week early. Our pods were packed as tight as we could get them and we had no damages during shipping. During unloading, the movers dropped a box which contained photos. A baggie with my children's sonogram photos slipped under pod. After we left, a worker discovered the photos and instead of tossing them, they called me and held them for over a week until I could get back to their office to get them. I would gladly use them again for any future shipping needs and will highly recommend to those looking for options to move between the island and stateside.

I found UPACK online, while blindly searching for a moving company. I had never done this before, so I was nervous as to how this process worked. I had also just seen something in the news about scandalous moving companies, so from the gate I was skeptical. They were perfect and professional from start to finish. I was moving a family member from someplace most people have never even heard of before to Los Angeles. UPACK came through from the first phone call. All of the staff that I dealt with were professional and courteous the whole time. They delivered exactly as promised. I loved the fact that they kept me in the loop the entire process. I also loved the fact that it was easy to communicate through their texting system. Even the drivers who delivered and picked up the trailer was nice. Overall, I truly had a pleasant STRESS FREE experience and I've been telling everyone about them. I even told the realtor to use them for people who don't have a clue as to how to move someone from one state to another. Also I was pleased with their pricing. So yes, y'all came through during a very stressful time and it is greatly appreciated.
