These people are awful to deal with. They were the only place in Tyler that I could find who had Hydrocodone in stock. They REFUSED to fill the RX the doctor had sent in and said quote: “we don’t just HAND OUT narcotics like that”! They said I had to transfer ALL of my other prescriptions there before they would refill it!That is wrong on so many levels and very unethical! You don’t force people to do this in order to get 1 medication that they need! I hope they go out of business!

I really like this place. The staff is always very nice and they do a great and efficient job helping, and I’m very glad that I’m sticking with this pharmacy. I hope that they keep doing what they’re doing, because what they’re doing is right!

Great place to get all of your meds. The staff are all friendly and eager to help with any needs. Not extremely busy so getting your meds is quick and painless. Definitely recommend this pharmacy!

Tyler RX chose to question a HRT prescription from MD Anderson based on a old Houston address in a system rather than double check that the patient has resided in Tyler for over a year. I understand the value of serving established patients first however unless your physician is from Tyler they practice no customer friendly follow up.

I had used TylerRX in the past. When I decided to use them again, the pharmacy manager refused to fill my prescription. As well as, he would not take my phone calls or even speak to me face to face. He kept avoiding me by leaving early, coming in late, or not at all. I will NEVER do business here again. Also the prices are high if you do not have insurance.

Great place. I have just started using this pharmacy about 3 months now. But staff is so nice & go above and beyond to help . They also are very fast service & amazing prices compared to others I have used. Plus if I have a new rx. Or a refill one they personally call you to let you know.!!! A thing that is lost with lots of others . I have already recommended them to several people. They really are great & really seem to care about there customers ! I would most definitely recommend.
