Whomever that Brent boy is there, is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and has a NASTY ATTITUDE. Find another car lot, he/they are not worth giving your hard earned money to.

FIRST OFF! I’m going to say whenever you purchase a car at this dealership you have 30 days to let them know what repairs that need to be done with the car or if you do not want the car. This was stated in their policy. No major issues started until after the 30 days. Back in November, I traded in my Kia Sportage for a 2013 ford Explorer limited. It’s a very spacious SUV. leather seats. double sunroof, 3 row seats. The car does have some wear n tear you kind of would expect that with the car being 11 years old. Toward the end of November. I started to run into some issues with the car. The first issue is that I started hearing a grinding noise that came from the front of the car whenever I would go through a drive-thru or turn the wheel to the right. I contacted the dealership; I was told to bring the car in that morning so they could look at. They did put me in another vehicle until mine was fixed. They ended up fixing the car and bringing it to me after the repairs were finished. That was very nice of them to do that. So has days go on I’m driving the car, I’m starting to wonder why I keep having problems with this vehicle if I had just traded it in. I eventually took the car to a well-known mechanic. to get a diagnostic test put on the car. The shop ended up charging me $80 just to look at the car. I get the results back and it literally says there is $2000 worth of work that needs to be done to this car. I am not happy with this point. This was 3 months after me purchasing the vehicle. I eventually got one of the repairs done on the list that the mechanic gave me that was a total of $515 for Rear Struts. The tire light comes on. and I'm like what is it now? I take the car to a very well-known tire shop. I told them what was going on. The guy goes and looks at the car and he asked me “ma’am did you just get this vehicle? I tell him “Yes I did what is wrong?” He tells me that “whoever put these tires on the car put them on backwards” Recently, the car started hesitating to get up to speed whenever I would accelerate. it was jerking and sputtering bad. I called the dealership and told them what was going on and they told me... that I needed to take the car to a mechanic. Because there was nothing that they could do about the car. I ended up taking the car to the mechanic . The guy puts the car on the reader, it reads that I need spark plugs and 6 fuel injectors. I ended up getting that repaired that was a total of $520. lastly, the rearview mirror detached from the window. I made a post on Facebook on this page called “All things Tyler” There were several mechanics that have reached out to me and have told me what repairs that needed to be done with the rear-view mirror. I had one guy come out and look at the car . He told me that I need to replace the whole windshield due to the rearview mirror having a camera in it. That repair is going to cost me a total of $1000. I contacted the dealership on the phone and explained to them what was going on and they told me to bring the car in so they could look at the car. I’m like I don’t want to do that if they aren’t going to fix it it's just a waste of time. At this point I’m very mad, I tell them. “Can I just get another car? They told me “If you get another car, you’re going to have the same issues so there’s no point of you getting another car.” As I’m driving the car the check engine light is on, traction control light is on. A whole bunch of stuff is going on with the car. I take the car to AutoZone to get the codes checked on the car and it’s reading a P206F code that stands for Reductant Quality Sensor Circuit. I started doing some research to see how much the repairs are going to be. That’s another $800 that I must be out of on this vehicle. I am tired of this. I cannot even drive the car due to the number of repairs that need to be done to the vehicle. I AM OVER IT.!! DO NOT GET A CAR FROM” TYLER AUTO FINIANCE” THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!

My experience yesterday was unreal..!!! I’ve never had a dealership work as hard as they did to help me get into a car that I truly wanted…Whole deal took less than a hour..My new BMW is immaculate… Clean inside and out and performs flawlessly….Before I took delivery they even did another inspection of the car…Their offices were clean and modern and every vehicle we looked at was extremely nice…If you are in the market for a nice used car I’d recommend these guys in a instant…Thank you again Tyler Finance Company…!!!! Also met a few other customers there that were super nice…Kinda like family.

Not nice at all. Didn’t speak when we came in. Then said I wasn’t approved over stupid reason. I had the money in hand . They still did a credit check and even then the sign on the building said no credit check .

I just wanted to give a very positive review to Tyler Auto Finance. These are the most amazing people and Brent and Gray are the best. I’m very very pleased with my purchase and their salesmanship and they have been amazing.

So I purchased a car through here before, an Envoy gmc, my payments for $360 a month $90 a week completely doable I put $400 down, today I had a friend who I went there with who had $400 to put down on a car is actually less than what I paid for mine, and they told her the lowest payment per month they could do is $420, so when I asked the gentleman why he said that when that is not true he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that there's no way that I only paid $360 a month, I have receipts. My payments were $90 a week 360 a month. Next time you try to scam somebody make sure it's not somebody who's gone through you before. Enjoy your one star I hope you'll have a wonderful rest of your time.

They don’t want to sell cars…. The guy was not rude but my dad and I both needed cars. For myself it would be for personal use and for my dad he needed a work car. The guy told me because I had not been on my job for 2 years I wouldn’t qualify to get a car from them and my dad who has had his job for 23 years would not be able to get a car because they believe he would be allowing me to drive the car…. They also said because my dad travels for work out of the city and sometimes out of state he also wouldn’t be allowed to purchase. They don’t allow their cars to go out of the East Texas area because of the possibility of the car being abandoned.The worst part is they didn’t ask any questions other than where do we work and how long we’ve been on our jobs….they only assumed we were wanting to finance the car that we really liked. We had cash in hand to fully purchase the car and we have purchased from them in the past almost 11 years ago. This place is not the same. We left and took our business else where.

Very unfriendly mean and hateful very unprofessional I've had two cars with them and both of them are Raggedy as hell the first one I had it two weeks and I blown head gasket the one I got now is constantly running hot and they refuse to fix it they rigged the

False advertisement. Your job means nothing. Guy told me he doesn't do background checks, but knew my car that I just lost, the last name I used in my previous marriage and a lot more than he should have with just my phone number. Told me he's not interestedin working with me because I live in rusk... ?? Sketchy place and really creepy people
