“I had gone to 3 other locations this morning where I had reserved a trailer online. I get there to pick up and all they have is a utility trailer with no ramp or dolly available. I get to Hitch World and he was not only accommodating in having the correct trailer, but he came out and hooked it up with chains for safety AND made sure the lights worked after attaching it to my vehicle. “I had great results on the two-day 15 foot truck rental from Tyler to Haslet, Texas. Personnel at both start and finish were courteous, informative, and prompt. The truck was clean and fully fueled. Edgar carefully explained the details of the rental, emergency procedures, and features of the truck. (He was ably assisted by Buddy - a totally charming meet-the-public pet!). The lady at Chillymart, Rhome, Texas was likewise careful, courteous, and prompt in the turn-in procedure. We could not be better satisfied with the personnel, the service, and the equipment.
