They had to pull the wiring harness out because previous transmission guy left it hanging and got into drive shaft and hadn't gotten a control sencer plugged in inside the transmission. Will definitely go there for future repairs.”

“I had MAJOR issues with my Dodge suspension. After driving in from Arizona, I called around to different shops, and was referred to Jeff many times. I am extremely happy with the job he did. Not only did I get my suspension fixed 100%, I purchased tires that I love for a great price!!! My husband works out of town, so I am used to other garages trying to take advantage of me. “This shop is the best mechanic shop I've ever worked with in 34 years of having cars and trucks. They rebuilt my transmission and I fell into some SERIOUS financial problems. I'm picking up the truck tomorrow after it has been repaired for over 6 months. They have been extremely patient with me. Never threatened me or been rude to me, not once. I'll post another review tomorrow about how the work came out. But based in their professionalism, I'm willing to bet the transmission runs better then the day it was built. “5 stars to Dunn Transmissions Inc. took the worry out of my son when they serviced his transmission on his truck. He took his truck to the local Ford Dealership in Jacksonville and they told him he had an issue with his transmission saying they found shavings in his transmission fluid when they pulled the plug. They wouldn't service his transmission saying that there was a major problem. Thank you so much for the peace of mind you gave my son.”

“I was real frantic about a coolant leak that I thought my car May have had. Apparently this was not the case and I guess I was just being a little bit paranoid, but other than that on to the customer.I'm not sure of his name but he stayed an extra hour past the time he was supposed to leave to check my car to make sure there was nothing up with it. It is genuinely rare to find a shop with this much integrity and it is genuinely impressive because instead of charging me a hefty service fee he waved it even though I was being a frustrating customer. If I'm ever given the chance to make repairs on my vehicle again I will be returning to this business. Great job guys!”
“Great people. Free shuttle home and back to pick up my truck. Didn't even know it until the guy dropped me off, but Ralph, the owner, was the guy that drove me home. Great guy. Professional, but he acted like a regular guy. Great conversation. Seemed very knowledgeable. The inspection was very thorough. They will get my business again! I'm a YouTube mechanic, so I'll be fixing all the issues they found myself as they were all minor, easy DIY issues, but I'll be buying my tires from them, and they'll be doing any engine work needed on my 5.4l triton; which I expect to start showing up in the next year or two.”
