I’ve been shopping here for years, every worker is always so helpful and nice. The two working today, i wish i could remember their names, but they deserve it all. After a long shift i went to get me some new shoes and ended up leaving with a pair i didn’t expect to get. I love them! Truly great shoes, even better workers.

I work 12 hour shifts (on my feet) so I was looking for a really good pair of shoes. My feet are shaped really weird and I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit right and feel good. Thankful we found Josh (he knows his stuff)! He seemed genuinely excited and eager to help us. Not only did I leave there with a great pair of hokas but some AMAZING Aetrex insoles. These insoles are life changing! My husband bought some too. They offer free scans of your feet so that you can get more customized insoles and shoes for your feet. To anyone who works on their feet a lot you can't afford to go anywhere else!

Gage and the other guys are so helpful, extremely friendly and professional. I appreciate them . I tried on several pairs of shoes until I found the right pair and I won't lie the On Clouds I bought are the best shoes I have ever owned . I work on my feet all day and these are amazing ♥️

Stopped into Tradehome shoes to find a pair of Dr. Marten boots for my wife. Tried to find the correct size for my wife at other stores, but none found in stock. Walked into Tradehome shoes for the first time ever and there they were. Taylor, the salesman helped us with our purchases. He was kind, friendly and patient.

Just bought multiple pairs of shoes here! Amazing service! I even accidentally left my Cell phone to me and Taylor hand delivered it while we were eating at Dakotas! Where can you get service like that! I will definitely go back and encourage you to go for great fit and service!

Visited Tradehome Shoes in the Tyler Mall with a friend who was buying tennis shoes. Even though I was not trying on shoes myself, I have NEVER been so impressed with the employees in a store! There were approximately five salespeople, each extremely pleasant, who were obviously hired because of they are genuinely friendly. Each had a smile on their face and a polite greeting to every customer, but not overbearing. If you value excellent customer service when shoe shopping, this is the store for you! Highly recommend Tradehome Shoes!

My mom and I went to Trade Home two days in a row because we couldn’t decide on which shoes to get. Each employee knew facts and details about the different types of shoes and each brand. HIGHLY recommend. They didn’t try to sell us on anything just to get the sale - they genuinely wanted us to get the shoes we wanted and needed for our own activities without pushing us one way or another. They also spray the shoes when you purchase them so they are less likely to get stained which is something we’ve never seen before and greatly appreciate!

In times where good customer service is pretty much non existent any more these guys are here to remind us that it actually can be done! Every time I go into this store, I am greeted with the most friendly, informative salespeople! I never feel rushed. They always take the time to bring out as many shoes as it takes until I have found the perfect pair, all while going into detail about each pair to help me make my decision. They definitely will always have my business and I will tell everyone I know to shop there too.

I don’t typically post reviews. But this place has made a lifelong customer out of me after just one visit. Was recommended this place by a doctor friend to help with my sons flat feet, extreme pronation, and occasional foot pain. The staff were knowledgeable, took their time with us and gave us exactly what we had been looking for. His gait has improved with their exact recommendations. Could not be more thankful. We will certainly be returning.
