We went over to buy a pellet heater and it was so cold inside tsc, that the workers said the heater was broken and has been, it was 24 degrees outside. Tractor supply should be getting the heater fixed to keep their workers warm, people will NOT shop when its like a freezer in the store. Tractor supply should care more about their employees than that. Theyre gonna feel really funny when their employess wont come to work.they were bundled up like eskimos but the heater should get fixed, its not like yall have a shortage of heating companies in tyler!employees were great considering.the employees said the heater has been broken for awhile- really? Get it fixed!

People are nice but the heat was off. So cold inside and the workers were bundled up to stay warm. Lots of heaters for sale but none for the workers. Sad.

Didn’t want to fill propane at 5:30 when they close at 9. No reason, just “no more propane tonight “. Like what? You just decided randomly when you’re tired of doing your job? Cool story bro.

Long story short I had an issue with a load I was hauling shifting in my trailer. Even though it had nothing to do with TSC, it was over 100F in the parking lot, and towards the end of the day, The manager was able to come out and help me so I could drive home safely. Was very grateful for his assistance and willingness to go the extra mile.

Ah, this emporium thou describest is a most fortuitous discovery, where not only the tools of the trade reside but also a repository of spare parts awaits thee. A haven for craftsmen and artisans alike, 'tis a realm where one can procure the implements of their craft with utmost convenience. And lo! Even the nourishment for our loyal canine companions is found aplenty, at prices that doth warm the heart! 'Tis a place of practicality and providence, where both the needs of man and beast find fulfillment. Verily, a merchant of such diverse wares is a boon to the community and a testament to the spirit of enterprise!

They have a Carhartt hoodie on sale for $9.99 online but it's not available anywhere. It should not still be on line on sale if you can't get it. Update your website.

Hard to find help. Went in to buy a weed eater. Found what I wanted. Associate didn't have a key..asked me to go to customer service and ask for joseph. Waited in another line....they paged him....waited agian.... ya know when u go into a place to spend your money and u have to do the employees job and don't get a thank you or anything fro. Even the Manger then there's an issue. This is why I loath stepping foot into a box store. I'd rather spend my money online. The service is way better and faster.

Came looking for chain. A few options were in stock but the price was twice that Home Depot and Lowe’s. Can’t speak to other products as this was my only trip to tractor supply.
