Worse service ever! Went for an inspection and waited an hour. One bay even went empty and they made us wait behind people getting oil changes. Couldnt get them to even answer my questions when i walked in.

I go all the time. And i went to get my tire pressure checked and they forgot to put my nubs back on my tires. I was like wat the hell. . them people are so dum. Ill go to a different one now besides Gentry

I pulled up and was ignored until 10 minutes later another customer pulls up and an attendant immediately goes to that customer and greats them. He then comes to me and asks me if I want an oil change, I state yes. I waited another 5 minutes and watched them finish with a car. They then directed the customer that came 10 minutes later than I to pull his car in the bay. Needless to say, if that is the level of service and observation you can expect from Time it, they have lost my business. Horrible customer service and professionalism. 1 star was too high.

The guys that work there were very polite and professional, they checked everything on my car. Most of all they were very honest about what needed to be done and what did not need to be done.
