I worked with James Carpenter to purchase my first house. He was very accommodating and patient with all of my questions and anxieties about the process. He set up showings for every house I wanted to see, made time to keep me updated/was easily reachable, and had helpful advice when it seemed I wasn't finding what I was looking for. He also had great recommendations for everything from insurance agents to lawn care companies. I'm quite happy with my new home and hope to stay here for a good while, but if I do end up moving, I would certainly hire James and his team at Texas Property Aces again.

As a first time homebuyer, I wasn't sure what to expect going into the process. James was able to walk me through each and every step, and he answered any questions I had along the way. He was kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. With his help, everything went smoothly. James and his team were AMAZING! He made buying a home easy and virtually stress free. He kept us updated and walked us through the whole process. He has stayed in contact and even checks in on us periodically. We could not have asked for a harder working, more knowledgeable realtor.
