I've been going to this company for the last 5 years. I've never had any problems with my garments. The customer service provided by Autumn is always outstanding! Every request I have with certain items always gets taken care of. I wish more places had customer like this when you walk in to do business with!

They ran my credit card without my permission over a weekend. I would have expected a phone call to set up delivery. I was told the manager ran my card. I had already spoken with staff. I typically have large expensive rugs cleaned. I have done business with them for years. The people who work there are very nice, and no complaints on the cleaning quality. But do not give them an on file credit card!

Been a customer for several years and send 5-10 shirts weekly. The quality has dropped to the point I will not continue. Shirts come back with water marks, stains, and sometimes dirt from the press. Have to visually inspect every shirt returned. Then if you send it back they charge you to re-clean it. Supposed to be free of charge but if you don’t look at the bill you will not know. They are notorious about knocking buttons off also. Route guys are awesome and apologize. Owner / manager doesn’t care. Gave them numerous chances to improve over the last few years. Too much hassle to have to inspect every shirt due to their lack of quality control. They lost a customer.Services: Laundry pick-up

I amazed that all I have to do is put my shirts and slacks in a Cleaning Company bag and leave it on my porch. A few days later my laundered and pressed clothes mysteriously appear! And they provide the delivery service for free! It’s a no brainer.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!I took my bedding piece for a general cleaning, when picked it up it came with some discoloration spots, the big one about 4" by 3" long, they denies and evading their responsibility. The owner Darryl does not have any clue of what Customer Care means. How would you feel when trusting this company to do a general cleaning service? But in turns you received your bedding damaged!! This is a ROBBERY! DO NOT TRUST this company. I can't believe what they are stating in their website "The Flynn family and the entire Cleaning Company staff are proud to offer the highest-quality services, guaranteed satisfaction and superior-customer service". None of this is true. I will file a report it to the Consumer Protection Agency.Service: Comforter cleaning

Imagine the shock I felt when I unzipped my dress on my wedding day and they dress was filthier than when I dropped it off. The dress had been pressed and not cleaned for a whopping $240. I called then to tell them about the spots that had not been removed from the dress and they wanted me to bring the dress back to them to "clean it" after it was in their possession for a week. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't even consider it.I would have been understanding had they called me after they "cleaned" the dress to let me know about the spots still present. You would have to be blind to miss the spots covering the dress.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your formal wear here. They cannot deliver and will not work with you if the job is unsatisfactory.In my mind this is robbery. Thank you for stressing me out on my wedding day.Service: Wedding gown cleaning

Worst place ever for dry cleaning!!! Picked up my two sweaters and they looked faded and it still had the smell of my cologne I could’ve have done a better job at my house I don’t recommend them at all!!

We recently moved to the Tyler area and finally needed to get my husbands shirts laundered. He called around - it's pricey now with inflation, but I didn't have to do the ironing.He dropped them off and when we picked them up, I thought the total was way too much for the number of shirts he dropped off. He called back to ask why it was much more than the phone quote of $3.70 =/- a shirt. They had DRY CLEANED ALL HIS SHIRTS - at over $6 a shirt.WHO DRYCLEANS SHIRTS?? NEVER again will we darken their door..
