I travel from Longview to Tyler to get this lamp for my candles because the Longview location was out. I did a drive up order got home unboxed the item and it’s the wrong color. I’m confused. I’m delusional at times but you cannot convince me that this is black I paid for black. Shouldn’t the workers be able to tell not only by sight but when they scan the UPC That they have the wrong item? I need to hear from target ASAP.

I really like this location for a lot of reasons. 1 big note though. DO NOT buy the Easter candy here. It's especially awful. You can taste that it's at least 10 years old. However, everything else has been pretty good.

Honestly today pushed my patience and I will not be shopping here anymore. The employee Rosa is such a headache and the rudest person I have ever met. She gives me a hard time anytime I need help. When it’s a return or a price match or a question she acts like she’s being inconvinced and money is coming out of her paycheck by helping me . Today she was really rude when I asked for her help with a price match and told me to move out of the way and did the signal with her hands. I will be calling cooperate. This store is way too expensive to have bad customer service. I should not have to worry about if a certain employee is going to be working and make my decision if I should come into the store that day or not.

I ordered a phone charger. For pickup because I had my baby with me and didn’t want to bring him inside. I waited a hour outside for one thing and so I got fed up and had to go inside to get it. I understand having to wait time to get like a whole order of groceries, but this was one thing and it took an hour and it still wasn’t ready. Very disappointed will never be using the app again.

Target is always clean and the prices are competitive to Walmart. I wish they had more locations in my area because I would shop there more often!
