I have had to take a test for probation and have been sober for 77 days and it came back that I was positive for thc and flushing. How!?

Don’t drink water before you go. Only test here as soon as you roll out of bed AND before you have had your first pee of the day. That’s the kind of concentration they need to actually perform a urine drug screen. If you have a diluted test the first time, you’ll have a re-test with someone watching the second time. I say “someone” because she certainly didn’t extend me the courtesy of offering her name. I was treated like and felt like a criminal. I tried asking questions about the “diluted” test, only to be shut down and made to feel stupid. There’s only 2 ways to dilute a test. Water intake or add something to the sample. I’m a water drinker. Hard not to be in the Texas heat. Also - a test is either negative-dilute or positive-dilute. If you’re called back for a retest, it would be due to a negative-dilute test. However, if you test negative-dilute again, just know that (Remedy Staffing & Trane) consider this a positive test. Logical, yes? Makes sense? Guilty & impossible to prove your innocence.

I would like to thank the big guy who was at the front desk on 04/14/21. He was so nice. He saw I was having a panick attack and told me to take a deep breath.Further, he said this is God's Blessing pointing at my sample; that I had almost spilled. Actually, it did spill a bit; it got on me and my glasses.Anyways, who ever you are Thank you so much for helping try to call down. I was so worried about making my next appoint for my physical. God Bless you sir for helping me during a stressfilled time.???????

Me and my daughter accompanied my boyfriend to The Lab today to get a test done. The lady who came out to assist us (I didn't catch her name, but she was a middle-aged Hispanic lady) was so unbelievably RUDE from the moment she came out into the waiting room. She argued with me over a name of the other person being tested, completely dismissed me while I was trying to clarify by saying "I don't need to be talking to you" when I am the exact person she needed to be speaking with. I can't even express to you how rude and unprofessional she was. I will NEVER use this facility again. I am beyond disappointed.

I have never encountered a more unprofessional group of employees in my entire life. It is very clear that Valerie hates her job, but there is no need for her to be rude and disrespectful. I suggest she find a career with little to no human contact or interaction. I will be using a different lab for my business in the future.

Do Not Use This Lab. They falsely accused me of not passing a drug test 2 months ago on a Tuesday .I could not believe what they were saying so I went to another place in Tyler ( U.S. Works) and did a hair sample and it came back Great. One the Lab employee has been sharing my business with other people.

Rude and unprofessional. They didn't have anyone at the reception desk and waited about ten minutes for someone to attend me. When no one showed up, I called out through the reception window for someone to attend me. I could hear voices, no one would come to attend me, I was being ignored. I then called the number to The Lab, and the lady was curt toward me when I requested for someone to attend me. I was made to wait an additional 15 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. Honestly, they don't deserve a one rating because their demeanor, lack of professionalism, and lack of total customer care is below the minimum. Their service is atrocious. I hope to never deal with them ever again.
