I have never left a rant or negative feedback for a company before. I am a business owner and know how every experience is different and how a bad/wrongful review can hurt a company. However, this is the SECOND time I have had an issue with SWANNS FURNITURE so I feel led to warn anyone about my experience. I have spent more than $20,000 over the years at this business (which I'm sure tons have spent way more than me...but that's a lot to me). I have had issues both times. Be aware. They do not want to honor the manufacturers warranty on n what they sell. And they also will not take responsibility when they misrepresent an item for special order. They drag out the issue you report thinking you will give up and move on. They try to make you out like YOU are the problem. After a month of dealing with the salesperson, the mfg. Bart (the manager) and Franklin Swann...they will not honor what they sold me. Bart laughed at me when I spoke to him of my issue. He had been on the job ONE day when I was put off to him. He comes from Ashley Furniture so I'm not sure why he was hired at a "high end" store. If I had wanted cheap or to be treated like that I would have shopped there. I was then told I could only talk to the owner Franklin Swann. Franklin Swann has no moral compass. When I told him to be a man of his word, he hung up on me. He could care less...he already has my money. By the way, Franklin told me the issues are just my "my opinion". Why yes it is my opinion. But my opinion is based on facts and I have photos and documentation to prove that and they don't take ownership in their mistakes. I will never step foot in their store again (I'm sure they are glad about that) and I recommend anyone else do the same. They are great until you give them your money. I will attach photos of the sofa that broke down after 3-4 months. I had to beg, plead and yell for them to honor the mfg. warranty. They finally gave me credit on the sofa after me literally doing back flips fie them to honor what they sold me. Then I spent $2,000 more on another sofa. Only for them to throw this in my face when they misrepresented me some chairs they sold me that were custom ordered. I should have known better. I was told these $5,000 chairs would be "exactly the same". When they came in they were not. I'm attaching photos here. Although they may have been made right by the mfg., I did not get what I was sold. I told them there was an issue the day they were delivered. They do not care. Unethical business practices at this place. How sad for the three I spoke to. I can sleep at night with a good conscience. So I asked them how they could sleep knowing I didn't get what I ordered. And all three are totally fine with it. Franklin couldn't even take me asking him to be a man of his word so he hung up on me. How childish.

If you want good quality furniture with reliable sales associates and owners stay far away. Overpriced junk! After an extra long wait for my delivery all I can say is goodwill is better. I should have known, after they had my money every call for status they got uglier and uglier. Walk in and I get that evil racist eye. That should have been my clue to cancel. Never ever ever listen to anything these idiots say. The mgmt and owners can duck my big fat toe!

Bought two fairly expensive leather couches there approximately 15 months ago. Supposed to be top quality but springs have already collapsed. No children "romping". We are retired.Swann's will do nothing about it except to offer to fix it as long as I pay.Poor quality, poor customer support
