These people are crooks. Bought an item on ebay and send it back within warranty period. Shipping took a bit long. I communicated this continuously to them. They ignored and received the item 3 days after warranty period. They now claim they don't have to refund while relisting the item on eBay, basically stealing my money. Never, ever buy anything from these people. There are more reliable sellers then thisI see they responded to my review only 3 months ago so I think it is better to respond. As I said in my review, it is their procrastination that cause the item to be returned 3 (!) days late. And what did they do? They simply resold the item on eBay and refused to refund me. These people are crooks as I stated. Even if I had been late due to my OWN mistake (and note: I was NOT), that item still belonged to me and they were not authorized to resell. They stole my property period! Good thing the credit card company saw it my way and reversed all charges. Do NOT do business with these people, they are crooks....

Do not trust this company. Paid to have part shipped back out of pocket and no refund. Not only do they have the money they get to sell the part twice. These people are dishonest. I would not recommend buying from these people ever. I tried several times to return the part though ebay and got an error. I asked for my part to be returned since I paid for it and now they say they can’t find it. Dishonest!!!!

I bought an item on Ebay from them, I experienced some issues with the item & Swan went above and beyond to help me out. I will always recommend them. Sometimes it's not "What" happened but "How" it was handled that shows integrity and they passed the test with flying colors!

Taking money and then not answering - making people wait. Giving just promises. After payment and waiting about 2 month for car part - still no answer. Good that I have PayPal protection. Company like this is shame to country.

Been searching hi and low for a PCM for my 2010 Mustang. They had it. Received it about 3 days after I ordered it. Got it programmed and car is back on the road.
