These people at this pawn shop by stolen goods from people that go in there to get a quick buck. The employee's at pawn the workers, they basically don't do their job and check on the items are stolen such as chainsaws, anything electrical? Without checking if it's stolen. All they care about is making a quick buck and selling it to consumer's. Basically, it's high robbery prices.

Never again!! This place is horrible. Had them do a firearms transfer. They held on to the weapon for 4 days before they shipped it. When they finally decided to ship it, they did not even take the time to wrap it to protect it from damage. Will not answer their phone or return emails. I will never set foot inside this business again. My suggestion is to go somewhere else to do your business.

A great place to shop, you are welcomed as you walk in and asked if you need assistance. Too many Pawn Shops ignore you until you stand in front of the counter for at least three minutes, not here. -Jim C

I bought a used portable DVD player it made a sound and I returned but they charged me $ 45 days and only gave me 20 dollars back for it they are thieves and they steal your money.

I have used superior pawn and gun since I got here two and a half years ago I have never once not walked in there and Been greeted with a smile and great attitude superior pawn and gun has put me in a good mood when was having a bad day just by there hospitality and kindness as soon as you walk through the foot thank you superior pawn and gun for making my day a little brighter

This has the absolute worse customer. Brought a brand Ar 5 new magazine with out the box and no magazine. We bought the gun due to the fact the messed over with $260. We were only trying to get our moneys worth or back which didn’t happen. This is after they messed up over a stupid policy. Ended up losing money. We will never go back and honestly don’t think anyone should use them. They do not care about their customers. They are just money hungry.

My boyfriend & I recived horrible customer service here today. We walked in wanting to see if we could sell a fairly new hp computer screen & a watch with a diamond inside it. Before either of us could finish speaking the Hispanic woman with glasses behind the computer cut us off and replied while looking back & forth from her phone to us. "No. We don't take those." & "No. There's no way for us to tell if it's real." She was so short and dismissive of us it was awkward & we felt rushed.

Best customer service around. With such an important and expensive purchase, it's much appreciated that they take the time and effort to help make sure your are buying the best option available for your needs. If they don't have it, they'll find it for you or help you order from their website. It's the only gun store in Tyler in my opinion.

Pawned a firearm went to pick it up, they said come back on the 5th, went back on the 6th, they had sold it. How convenient. Didn't apologize or offer any solution.
