I got a rock chip in my glass not to long ago but didn’t think anything of it really. But well then I got off work one day and that rock chip was a full blown crack!!! Going across my windshield in my view so I figured I better get a new one. I don’t know anything about glass repair or replacement or how much it cost. I really figured it was going to be hundreds of dollars. Lol. I started googling and found some places online. I called two one of them being super saver and ended up using them. When I called the man that answered named mark turned out to be the owner as well as the person that would be doing the glass. He seemed very nice and gave me I can say a price I thought was way good. He gave me a time and day and told me no credit cards cash and checks. Which is cool with me and then he said he will come to me to do it!!! Like I really liked that!!! The day of the appointment he called let me know he has my glass it looks good and said he could actually come earlier than he had said which I liked!! He showed up I gave him my keys. And I went back inside I didn’t time nothing but I’m guessing it took like 30-35 minutes and he was done!! I paid him cash and my car looked great!! My glass was clean cleaner then my old one!! He was super nice and fast so yeah I really like super saver if I need another glass which I hope I don’t any time soon. Lol. Thanks Mark car looks great

Someone had shattered my passenger side window while my husband was out with the car, my husband went to them for help before coming home, rather than being professional or helpful, the dude gave my husband an attitude and rolled his eyes and more or less refused to help him claiming he didn't mean to leave his gate open...on a Thursday. Yes it was raining but giving a potential customer an attitude in such a rude manner is no way to build your business. could've been much more respectful and professional. Will not be using this business whatsoever.

EXTREMELY RUDE.. I’m usually not one to make reviews but I really felt the need this morning. The first time I went to this guy he was extremely nice. As it was our only vehicle he offered to give us a ride home when we dropped off our vehicle, we declined and walked home as it wasn’t too far. (Meanwhile I STILL haven’t caught the mans name). The man calls me and proceeds to tell me that I could either take my repair as is for free or he could keep my car longer and order a new windshield because it cracked when he was putting it on. I’m a very patient person and accidents happen so I decided (even though I had to be at work) that I would leave my car as I wanted my car fixed right. He doesn’t finish my car until around 10/11 that night. When he calls he offers to pick me up which I thought was super nice but when we make it to the shop and I give him my payment he proceeds to tell me there’s NO CARDS. Ok so that would’ve been nice to know considering I don’t have a way to get to a store to pull out cash unless I was given time in advance. But I blew it off and asked for a ride to the store to pull the money off. At this point I could tell he was a little irritated but I figured with the circumstances he was reasonable and understanding. We make it back to his shop and he finally gives me the keys. I was so excited to drive my car and Get home. I go to start my car and ITS DEAD. Someone had left the lights on I’m assuming when they moved it. So I’m starting to feel bad because on top of everything that’s happened I now have to ask this man for a jump. After all this we FINALLY MAKE IT HOME. Fast forward to around 2 months later, I have another incident where I needed my windshield replaced. I called this man as I thought It was super nice how much he helped us out. Everything was fine we set up an appointment for the next day in the morning. Long story short my alarm didn’t go off so I missed the appointment I promptly woke up and called him apologizing. I FIGURED he would’ve been understanding with everything that went wrong the first time. I was wrong. He tells me in the rudest possible way “I’m not coming back out there. Y’all were a problem the last time and had me drive you everywhere to get your payment” let me remind you, I stay off of Old Grande this is off the Jacksonville hwy so there’s not much “driving around” to do between the two places as there right down the street from one another. At this point I just told him I didn’t want to give someone like him my money anyways because that was extremely unprofessional. My family has owned restaurants my whole life and i try and support small business when i can especially in a time like now. It just blows my mind how extremely rude he was, never would I ever treat a paying customer that way.

Left alot of broken glass in my car, didn't put the door panel back on all the way, and didn't connect my speaker back up. Repair was quick but just wasn't done very professionally, don't plan on using him again.
