I left an item for repair in Jan. I stopped by Friday Feb the 23rd. They were closed. Phone goes to voice mail. It's full. Closed again today Saturday! How do I get my jewelry back?

Took Steve a necklace to be repaired on a Saturday morning. He said it might take him a few days so I was expecting to get a call on Tuesday or Wednesday. He called me 4-5 hours later saying it was ready!! The price was very reasonable too! 5/5 highly recommended! He also has a really nice selection of jewelry to purchase.
