Terrible customer service. Associate very rudely asked me for driver’s license,!which I understand, but is was the attitude, baseball cap on backwards and it was obvious he didn’t want to be there.

Our home internet stopped working. We visited the local T-Mobile store and they didn't have the equipment to replace our defective box. We drove an hour to Tyler to another store just to be told they couldn't (wouldn't?) exchange our equipment and we needed to have it shipped (Even after we called to confirm they had what we needed before we drove the hour trip). After an entire day of frustration, we walked in this store by chance and the employee had us in an out with exactly what we needed in just a few minutes. Heroes of the day!!

Not happy with corporate . Mislead me into thinking I was going to store to pick up my phones and was unable to leave with one without a huge deposit for that reason I will not return nor will I recommend anyone. The staff at this Store was helpful and tried to help me but because of misleading lies from corporate employees T MOBILE I'm done with!

We bought new phones from T-MOBILE and needed help installing the SIM cards and transferring data from our old phones. Tony met us as we came in and gladly assisted us in getting our new phones up and going. Tony was very friendly and very capable in what he was doing. We appreciate all he did to help us.

There is a young man named Michael that went above and beyond for me last week when I can in. My toddler woke up and started vomiting all over himself, me, and the store. Not only did he drop everything to come and help us, help clean, keep us calm and remained professional, he also managed to fix my phone issue in a matter of 2 minutes. He even zipped my phone up in my diaper bag for me and brought me a paper bag for the baby’s soiled clothing. He was outstandingly kind. If you need help at this store ask for him! He needs a raise!

I needed my phone replaced due to a cracked screen & Zak was an amazing help. The process was quick & easy. He was very helpful & professional and knew the answers to all of our questions. We won't use another location for help after this great experience

Easy to find, friendly, and fast. I went to trade in my iPhone. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock, but it was ordered to come to my house within three days. We were done in less than half an hour. Highly recommend.

Went in yesterday planning to upgrade a phone. I'm looking at options, look closely at the Revvl 6. The sales guy there says, "You don't want THAT phone." I ask why.He says, "It's just a bad phone, lot of glitches, runs slow. Just not good - you really don't want that one."First, so T-Mobile sells "bad" phones?Second, if I feel like I want to try a certain brand, that's my business.Third, I do my homework. The Revvl has a significantly higher rating ON THE T-MOBILE WEBSITE, than the Motorola 5G for example.Anyway, it was so unprofessional and disrespectful that I left after about three minutes.I think some training is in order at this store.

Hands down the best store I’ve been to. The experts are extremely knowledgeable. Anytime I’ve came in, they’ve always solved my problems. And they have really good deals! Highly recommend.

I just got off the phone with Sergio at this T-Mobile location...wanting to set up a business acount with them. He was amazing! Very professional and polite and made sure to call me back with a follow up and more information. Honestly, I had gotten horrible service at the troup hwy store when Kristi was there, but Sergio has made me a believer again! Thanks!

I have been calling this store over and over no answer. I've been trying to get a job with tmoble for a while now and it's the same old story of "call this store" "now go call this store" extremely irritating. I'm getting the run around from tmoble and it's genuinely making me angry.
