Was in store first in line on the tv screen, no one else and suddenly after waiting 20 minutes they allowed someone else in front of me that wasn't checked in on the screen until ten minutes after me. Beyond me how this would even occur except the stylist knew this individual.

No problem with the staff, Cheyenne’s been cutting my hair for years. When I have a problem this is your website where you have to check in. I checked in today and when I did it said I had 11 minute wait time. On my way there was a jump up to 20 minutes. Cheyenne saw what happened and asked me what what my phone said. Wait time I guess now when I look at it, it’s because somebody walked in the door and we’re not gonna have that person wait. Fix your website it sucks do away with the check in time. This is the third or fourth time it’s happened.
