I do a lot of rescue work on my own due to so many babies being dumped on or around my property and rescues being full and out of resources. I try and do what I can. I have 8 dogs and had a primary vet. I took in 3 rescues and parvo broke out, killing them all.
No other vet clinic including my established vet offered any help or advice.
After driving around with 2 dying dogs in my car and making stops at multiple clinics, Dr. Spence showed compassion. He and his vet tech informed me of how to handle parvo (which I never had dealt with before) and taught me how to administer fluids.
The dogs didn't make it, I lost all 3 unfortunately. But his and his teams compassion didn't go unnoticed.
Thank you, Dr. Spence and team.
I will never forget that and I'm happy to now have you as my primary care vet for my pack of 8.

Dr Spence and his entire staff are beyond dedicated to animals and their well being. They have devoted so much time to helping out animals in the community that don't have a voice. He calls it like he sees it. Everyone there is so helpful.

Great vet I brought my kitten here and they checked him and gave him shots it was very fast as well. There were cats all over the place to and they were very nice.

all i got to say is one of the absolute worst places ever very unfriendly and rude. i came in and Dr spence was extremely rude as soon as i walked through the door. I have been in the pet industry for years and i have never seen someone so rude in my life. Dr spence this message is for you directly you may have been in this industry forever but you shouldn't act so snoody you have absolutely. i will definently NOT be recommending this place ever.

Imagine having to face one of the most difficult and heartbreaking decisions to have your senior, FIV positive cat humanely put down only to be given a massive guilt trip upon arrival. BUT… you’re told/given false hope that for the same price or less than euthanasia, the vet can treat your beloved cat that may give them more time. It may only be for a few weeks, maybe months, or years if you’re lucky. Once your pet is treated, you’re given the bill and it’s more than DOUBLE what you were quoted and now they’re putting your senior cat up for adoption because you can’t afford to pay over twice as much as what they told you it would be. Absolutely beyond traumatizing experience on multiple levels and would not EVER recommend this office to anyone that loves their pets that expect quality care and ethical treatment of the patient AND their owners.
