I went in to buy a vape, when she told me the total it was $10 more than I’ve ever paid but before I realized the price she had swiped my card. I have gotten vapes from there in the past and it has never cost that amount. So when I got home I had my boyfriend call them and ask the price and she told him $22… I don’t know why she decided to charge me $10 more tonight but I won’t be back. I wouldn’t suggest going unless you want to get scammed

Decided to try this shop as its closer to my location than some of the other vape shops. Great selection of products, I do feel some are a wee bit over priced, the vape juice is however good quality and retains it's flavour unlike some of the buy one get one frees I've tried elsewhere.I bought a new smok pipe, unfortunately it began leaking the same day resulting in a significant loss of vape juice. After a couple of trips back to the shop, Sam replaced the faulty vape pipe & gave me a bottle of good quality juice Naked Peach, free.I understand the shop is not responsible for manufacturing faults with products they carry but they do empathise with the customer and help any way they can!I'm very happy with the level of compassion & customer service she showed to me, therefore I recommend this shop to other potential customers as your money won't be wasted and you'll receive good customer service.Many Thanks Smoke Centre I appreciate your assistance!

I have been going to this smoke center for over a year. I have tried other stores but this one takes the time to explain the different things they have. I spoke to Sam and I was having trouble sleeping and she suggested an item that really did work for me. That store has the only brand of kratom that works for me. Very polite and professional people. I definitely will continue to shop at this store

This smoke shop is the best I have been to in Tyler TX every time I do business here the lady working is very knowledgeable to what she sells and the competition always has people that have no knowledge of what they sell if you live farther away it is worth the drive 5 stars every visit
