Though the employees are normally friendly this business is unethical in it's practices. They have a monopoly over the services they provide in most places and have increased their fees almost 400% since I had to start using them. They do this because most people don't have a choice and once you start with one provider it's extremely difficult to change if at all possible

This is the WORST business. My fiancé had his car and the smart start installed in the car before his license was eligible (because that’s how the legal system works) and when his license was finally eligible he had to back pay all 4 months that he had the smart start installed and that was the “fee to turn it on” he recently had covid and has been symptom free but instead of him taking an at home test to show that he’s negative (he has been symptom free for 3 days) they said he has to find somewhere reputable that will test him but have no recommends because they “haven’t had to deal with anyone who has had covid” they are rude, unclear about what their “fees” are and unhelpful. They just want their money. Use someone else.
