Run run from this place its a rip off. Sleep number is an over priced air mattress that you can compare to the Walmart air mattress. I was charged almost 6k and there was no support after sale. The non refundable bed frame set cost over 4k and the mattress which is refundable cost $712. The Serta Mattress setup is the quality one to choose.

Best bed I've ever slept in! This was my first bed purchase, had hand me down sertas in the past. When I sleep elsewhere I can definitely feel the difference now. I've been spoiled and cannot sleep on anything else now.

well to start when I walked in I was greeted by Venus. She was lovely and helped me with any and all questions i had. The environment of the store is very welcoming and really makes you want to spend your money on a quality mattress here. Will definitely recommend this location to people!

We are very satisfied customers with the Sleep Number in Tyler, Texas. We not only have two beds in our home, but also have my wife's mother on one as well. My brother intends to buy one soon. We tell everyone about how it brought comfort to our lives . I use to suffer from lower back pain until we started having a better nights sleep. Adjustable base, heated feet, soften and firm either side of the bed, yea, the beds have it all. Our experiences at Sleep Number have been very, very enjoyable. The store manager is a very wonderful and caring person and she brings much knowledge with her. We would and do encourage everyone that desires a great nights sleep and a very positive experience to go visit Venus and her team at Sleep Number in Broadway Square Tyler, Texas

We are Sleep Number customers, but after what occurred at the store yesterday we may be looking for another company. My wife, my son, and I went into one of your locations yesterday around 1pm. There was only 1 rep that we could see (Melanie) and she was helping another guest. No problem there, we are very patient. I did find it odd that she did not at least acknowledge that we were there, but that’s ok too. The problem lies in how she treated my 5 year old son. She does NOT have the right to yell across the store at my son! “Get your shoes off the bed!” My son quickly moved and began to cry, thinking he did something horrible. He wasn’t jumping on the bed, he wasn’t treating anything poorly. He just laid down on the side of the bed. Just like the guest that Melanie had been helping, she too laid on that exact bed, and YES, that guest had her shoes on too! Nevertheless if the policy is “no shoes on the bed” then your associate should treat ALL guests the same or have it Posted somewhere in the store. My little boy didn’t deserve to get yelled at and scared by some random adult he doesn’t know, especially when his parents are in visual sight of Melanie. I’m hoping this is an isolated event and that she doesn’t treat all people bad. I won’t be back to that store and like I said, I’m looking for a new company if this is how your reps are going to treat people.

Love my sleep number bed and wanted to get a second one! The store called and invited me in to take advantage of sales. Brandon was extremely helpful!
