Walked in and in less than a minute sales person asked if he could help.Needed fast turnaround since my Temperpedic mattress had been destroyed from frozen pipe breakage-Found the mattress I needed with no problem or pressure~ salesman very knowledgeable about the brand.Mattress was in stock and was delivered in 2 days .I had an adjustable base that had not worked in several years - The delivery folks were knowledgeable and not only set up the mattress and put on cover and sheets but were able to repair my adjustable base no charge.GREAT EXPERIENCE !

Love this place. Just bought my 2nd mattress from there and the sales guy was extremely respectful of our space and allowed us to look around but was available for questions. I love they have plenty in stock and great prices.

My go to place when in tyler. The sales here is a really nice guy. Greet you when u walk in answers your question and don't hover over youI was buying a mattress . He said just take you time trying them till you find the one you want. And was not trying to push any certain one on me. That's what's so great about this place. Return policy is great also.if I need to replace the one I purchased.

I've bought several items here over the years and have had nothing but excellent customer service! A recent experience required model #s that I could not get to on the bed, and they sent guys out to find it, then they came out to the house again to re-program a different remote that I don't think was even under warranty. This kind of customer service was so much appreciated at a particularly stressful time!!

Have no complaints about salesperson or bed, but control box has gone out and it is no longer under warranty. Called them to ask for assistance and his comment was if it is electrical we don't touch it. Have called the California office as suggested and after numerous attempts, no return call. Called Tyler store again and was told give them a few more days. Don't seemed to be interested in assisting us. If we need to replace bed it won't be from this store

We were in the market for a new sofa. Had never stepped foot into this store. Glad we did! Found an awesome salesman, Tim! Helped us out, but No Pressure store. We left we an awesome sofa, loveseat, cuddled chair and cocktail table set!! Turnaround time on delivery was next day- We ended up going back the next day and purchased a new bed! Thank You Guys!!

Salesman James Henderson was very helpful on in store merchandise and he checked Longview store for an additional table for us I felt very comfortable talking to him about merchandise in Tyler store as well as website info I would recommend shopping at Sleep Masters to others
