I was really disappointed today on 8/2/25 at the customer service, not one employee came to me and ask me if they could help me find a shoe, i had to ask them where the wide width shoes were and employee stood there and pointed at different spots saying there is some there and over there you just have to look...I always purchase my footware from there

The shoes are great, I've been wearing skechers for many years. My visit observation are;
The first person didn't appear to have any interest in what I was looking for when i ask about pricing and I felt insulted by the response. The second person seemed of the same curiosity and said where sample socks were. The third pointed at where I wanted to go. Nobody wanted to leave the register, they were enjoying themselves. I'll be back for the same reasons that I always go back, quality but will consider something new.

I'm sure by now someone has posted here that they have moved locations over by Best Buy by now. I'm very happy they did, though. True, traffic is horrible there, however this new location is bigger, and therefore their selection of shoes is much more. Lastly, can't say enough good things about their employees. They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. In fact, I watched a young man who stopped what he was doing go and help a elderly man put on his shoes, which he was struggling with. The store is very clean, and no boxes of shoes laying around, very organized.

Let me start off by saying that the store and staff at this location are great. I am not a big fan of the look of the new slip-ons, and I don't like the entire soul of the shoe being made out of memory foam. Without the rubber there is no grip after a month. While helping someone push a car out of the road I've literally slipped and stepped out of my shoe. I bought the same shoe for the last 4-5 years now, a blue and gray with orange accents Skechers trail all-terrain in 12 Wide. Last time I went to the store they no longer sold it. It was a good all-purpose shoe. The closest thing to it was very clunky. Sadly, I think I'm going to have to find a new brand because I could not find anything I liked that was comparable in the store.
