I went into this store again and I believe her name is Kellie. She greeted me as I walked in and was very helpful to find me a pair of shoes I needed for my upcoming trip ! I even got a 2nd pair!

Used to love this store. I have bought several pairs of shoes there and have told a lot of people about it. I am one of those people who have wide feet and I also need a pair of chukka boots for ankle support. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone. Today I drove from Longview to buy a pair. They had several designs but not one in a wide size. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has wide feet and when places like Shoe Carnival, Academy, Famous Shoes carry wide sizes in Sketcher boots, you would think a store that is Sketchers would surely carry them.

Didn’t have the size I needed, I asked if they have anything at the back but the older lady was not helpful, didn’t even check just said no.Every time I go shop in the store girl’s bathroom is always closed and be forced to use the guys bathroom and it’s disgusting. Don’t recommend going here.
