My car was damaged when another vehicle cut us off and we hit a concrete guardrail. Siler's worked with insurance to get everything fixed, the car looks great, and it only took about 6 weeks with all the back and forth and holidays. They were always great with giving updates about the status, etc.

We do not like doing business with liars. Your gate will be fixed and you’ll never have problems with it again. Still having problems with it and the last time we HAD to agree that they would not warranty it once we drove it away. It’s worse now than it was before. We have added another week to your rental(another lie). Hahahaha. Just got that bill too. The list of lies just goes on and on. Silers has done lots of work for us in the past. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with them again! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I only picked a one star rating because I had to.

We had some minor scratches on our 2022 Telluride on one door panel. They said that both doors had to be repainted so they would match. Then they gave us 2 quotes. One for $1200 and a second for $2200 if THEY broke the trim. Do yourself a favor and go see Paul at Procustom on loop 364, they'll treat you right!!!

I took my Dodge Journey in for rear right bumper damage. They were friendly but slow in fixing the damage and the car looked great. I got in it to drive off my entire radio which included my back camera was black totally not working. When I went inside they asked was it broken when I brought it in. Really you have had my car over 2 weeks and you don't know anything about the radio. They said they didn't fix that kind of damage so they would take it over to Patterson. When I contacted Patterson I was told they just dropped it off with no explanation so they had no idea where to start looking for the problem, more days wasted. Patterson had to order the radio which took more time and my insurance rental time ran out. I got a car from Patterson @30a day and by the time the process was over I ended up owing Patterson $500 All because Siler's broke my radio and pretended they had no idea what happened.
