Best vets all around! They took excellent care of our dogs for many many years! The heart and compassion they show is outstanding’ from the front desk who are always helpful, sympathetic and understanding to the vets knowledge and skills in handling of our sweet furry babies. When we needed them the most they were there and ready ! So much appreciated ?

It’s funny that I take my baby to Shelley Drive animal clinic and when I called to get her in all ways that I can’t get her in.. My daughter used this clinic and she didn’t have a problem getting in but every sense we come it’s a problem.I am a black Women feel like the business don’t want us to come there.I have been in there setting and listening to them on the phone and the first thing come out say sure I work you in .??????

I drive from Lindale to Shelley's in Tyler because it is the absolute best animal clinic in east Texas. Dr. Twomi and Dr. Maris; and, all staff are fantastic and can be trusted with our babies. I have taken my pooches to them for 12 years.

Always detailed and informative with all our Labbies. Dr. Twomey and staff were so compassionate when we said our final goodbyes to our Wilson, chocolate labbie last week. Dr. Maris is exceptional!

Dr. John is a wonderful vet and very personable, however the front end staff are a different story. I have been taking my dog to this clinic for a year now and every encounter with the front end staff has been a negative one. Very rude and unfriendly. Also initial prices quoted for services are much less than final payment expected. Today was the last straw. Once again the front end crew was rude and unfriendly. I won’t be going back. The 5 stars is for Dr. John’s services only which is what is important however an initial impression upon entering the clinic is just as important if they want repeat customers! Less than 1 star for reception area crew.

From someone who expects the best, these people are the best! To go anywhere else is to settle for less. You will not find a clinic with such knowledge and caring hearts.

Would give a 5 if Dr Maris was still there! The ladies working there are so welcoming and loving to our Sweet Loretta. They understand our pain of losing Lucy in the Sky

We had to put our beloved family dog down yesterday. We've had Sara since she found us 16 years ago. Dr Noor made one of the hardest decisions of our lives bearable. She was extremely compassionate, patient, and sincerely sympathetic to our feelings as well as those of Sara. Dr. Noor gave us the time we needed to wrap our heads around what was going on.
Dr Noor and the entire staff genuinely care and went over and above during our worst moments of this emotional time of our this journey.
In the past, we've always had great experiences with Dr. Twomey, Dr. Noor and staff at Shelly Clinic!!!! We highly recommend this animal hospital / veterinary clinic!!!

Dr. Noor did a very delicate anal gland surgery on our schnauzer about a month ago. Dr. Noor is a wonderful and accomplished vet and our dog is so much happier now! It’s a delicate surgery, but she was well prepared. She is so sweet and her love for animals is evident. I highly recommend Dr. Noor and Shelley Drive Animal Clinic!
