Went in as a walk in was greeted warmly the atmosphere was amazing and laid back koko was the one to cut my hair and she was amazing she listen to what I wanted and executed it better then I imagine I can not wait to go back!

Constant communication problems. I live over an hour away one way and the first time I came for a consultation they had closed the doors early and one person was inside, even though I called ahead to say I was on my way. The second time, I waited almost 3 weeks for an appointment, and my appointment time wasn't entered correctly (the hairdresser said we could push back 30 minutes because I asked if she had a later time but forgot to update her the schedule). Her associate called me 10 minutes after my missed appointment time and spoke to me rudely. I explained the time mix-up, but when I arrived, my hairdresser told me she wasn’t informed by the other associate and didn't have time do my full appointment. On top of that, it was a 2 part appointment, and the person who was doing the other half of the appointment had called in sick, but nobody had informed me or called me before I arrived to see if I even wanted to make the drive or reschedule. Then the salon had the audacity to say they were going to keep my $150 deposit! So I said if I couldn’t get my money back I’d take any service she could do worth at least that amount. They ended up giving me back my deposit because at that point the woman said she was no longer comfortable doing my hair (thank God), but I then spent 30 minutes in the parking lot with my bank because the hairdresser told me she refunded the money to a card number I didn’t have. Turns out she gave me the last 4 of the account number and she had thought it was a card number. Just a consistent waste of everyone’s time that could easily be avoided with some basic and more courteous communication.
